Preparation for pancakes: Add one cup (about 190ml) of your preferred milk or water to the mix (100g) and stir by hand until homogeneous. Put 3 tablespoons of batter in a non-stick pan that you have previously oiled and heated, cook until the top side of the pancake is almost dry, then flip it and cook for about 1 minute. Garnish and enjoy!
