Fan 80 millimeters by Xilence for a computer case. When operating at maximum speed, it can push up to 18.61cfm of air per minute (cubic feet per minute). The higher the number, the more efficient the cooling the fan can provide. Higher quality fans can generate the same airflow with less noise and speed. It is considered quiet, as it has a noise level of 17dB. It has LED lighting. Connects to the motherboard with a 3-Pin connector and directly to the power supply cable with a 4-Pin Molex connector.

It is indeed quiet and of decent construction, but the amount of air it emits is not sufficient. It has been installed in a pair for cooling on graphics cards and the performance is mediocre.
So I tried it for $2.
I have it as a fan on a passive cooling card and it does a very good job.
The passive cooling card normally has 35+ degrees and with the fan it has 28-29!
Now, as for airflow, well... look for something else.
Before I put it on the card, I had it as a fan to blow the air out of the case...
It's worth its money... What can I say, it's $2, what do we expect?
For the job I need it, it's fine. It has a low airflow, but it's quiet. Normally, I would have preferred a 92cm fan, but they are hard to find nowadays with the 3-pin connectors. And the ones with 4-pin connectors run at maximum RPM. Luckily, the case had holes for both 80cm and 92cm fans, so it fit perfectly
Completely silent up to 50% of its maximum speed (by adjusting the speed through SpeedFan, for example). Above that, it becomes noticeable but even at 100%, the noise is discreet. Another advantage is its relatively low price, as well as the fact that it has both a 3-pin and a molex connector, for connection to the motherboard or directly to the power supply, respectively.
On the other hand, the amount of air it moves is low/medium compared to more expensive models. Also, there is rarely a need for a fan of this size (80mm) nowadays, as most modern cases accommodate 120mm fans and above.
For someone like me who has an old case and needs a silent fan, it is just what I need.
Quiet and cheap, it's worth buying
Very good, quiet, and cheap!
