Perennial, height 20-30 cm, elongated leaves and toothed, yellow flowers. The leaves are used, raw, as a salad and cooked like spinach. They have a strong diuretic effect. In Greece, it is also referred to as taraxacum or dandelion. Available in a 0.3 g packet.
