I have two sets of these for two Nobo 2000watt heaters for the past 3 years. They are stable and lightweight, and can be easily removed for storing the Nobo heaters after winter.
Just be careful during the initial installation of the wheels on the bases. The vertical metal part of the wheel needs to be aligned with the hole in the plastic. Give it a firm push and the wheel will fit correctly. If someone pushes it incorrectly and it starts going in crooked, the hole in the plastic will slightly enlarge, resulting in the wheel not standing correctly afterwards (as mentioned in the other review). It's not rocket science, you can have each body ready in 2 minutes.

Very good quality, it probably resembles a children's toy. One out of the two didn't fasten well and kept coming off.
