It removed all the salts from the walls of the kettle that had accumulated for months like a rock and wouldn't come off even with scrubbing with wire! After boiling, with a simple wipe with a sponge all the salts dissolved like dust and the kettle became like new!

Did you find this review helpful?It cleans from the salts but it has a terrible smell. With the kettle, no problem, but with the espresso machine, I have a big problem. I have done 3-4 rinses with clean water, I have made 10 coffees in case the smell goes away but NOTHING!

It would take 15 minutes for the French press to make 2 cups of coffee. So, I also bought this descaling liquid, followed the instructions, and after doing 4-5 clean rinses with water, I can say that both the French press and espresso machine are unrecognizable. It truly brought the coffee makers back to life. I will definitely buy it again next year for their descaling.
