  The only negative thing about the coffee pot is its plastic handle, which after some time of use, cracks and breaks. Currently, I have one break (fixed with instant glue - let's see how long it will hold) and one crack that is just a matter of time before it breaks... So, do we have to buy a new coffee pot once a year? I give it 3 stars because it does its job well when it comes to coffee
