    I bought it to get rid of non-stick and questionable hygiene forms! It does its job well and if you grease it with a little oil and flour, nothing sticks! One positive thing is that it is very lightweight. I was afraid it would be heavy and difficult to use as a cast iron... no way... I hope it proves to be durable too.
