100% natural hemp flour, organic product of Greek production from Kokkina Magnesia. It comes from hemp seeds and is a product of cold pressing and milling at the Green Farm, in Krya Vrysi. It does not contain gluten and is rich in proteins and insoluble dietary fibers.

You can use it in your breakfast, cooking, or doughs, adding the benefit of proteins and the high fiber content from hemp seeds.

It does not rise and therefore cannot be used on its own to make bread.
