Very nice flour for those who watch their diet, it replaces regular flour and is healthier.

I haven't had it for long enough to know what it does in all recipes, and I can't judge the taste yet because I haven't been using it for long and everything seems strange to me anyway.

I also included a photo with the nutritional ingredients on the front and back so that anyone who wants to buy it can see them. Normally, food products on skroutz should already include the label of ingredients and nutritional information in the photos, mandatory!

    Sugar:
Carbohydrates/sugar may seem like a lot, especially compared to almond flour, but for the same recipe that would use 1 cup of coconut flour, you need 2.5 cups of almond flour, so it is prohibitive in terms of price and dosage. This is because coconut flour absorbs much more liquid, so while you have a lot of final product, it doesn't have as much flour in the recipe and has fewer total carbohydrates/sugar in the final edible product.

    Price:
It is three times more economical per kilogram than almond flour and requires 2-3 times less quantity compared to almond flour in the same recipes. Therefore, it is up to 9 times more economical. Moreover, the recipes created by my well-known nutritionist friend always turn out better with coconut flour because it is more soluble and fluffy compared to almond flour, which hardly absorbs at all.

    Taste:
I don't have a strong opinion on the taste because both seem different from regular flour. At the beginning of a low-carb diet, it is normal for everything to seem strange; it is also a matter of habit. Don't expect ketogenic bread to be identical to regular bread; when you change your diet, you inevitably change the flavors as well.

    Recipes:
If you want to reduce carbohydrates, the instructions also suggest replacing 20% of regular flour with this. In that case, you may not notice much difference in taste. However, if you are making ketogenic foods, then the recipes change. Don't expect to substitute this flour for regular flour in the same recipes/quantities and succeed. You will need to search for recipes online, watch videos on YouTube, and explore all the options.

    Mix:
In my recipes, I also add 20% bamboo flour, which is 100% fiber (0% sugar and 0% protein). This makes the final product even lighter in sugar, and bamboo flour is also much cheaper than almond flour.

After baking the sweet, it tastes bitter. Seeing 5 stars in the reviews, it probably happened to me to get a defective product
