It has been running for 3.5 years, 16 hours a day, without any issues whatsoever. I use it for gaming, watching movies, satellite TV, and all platforms, and it has never presented me with any problems, not even a single one!

Samsung's service is unacceptable and they told me that they cannot cover any part of the repair. So stay away from this product. As others have mentioned, within a year the motherboard broke, it was replaced, in the second year, right after the warranty expired, the motherboard broke again and obviously we didn't pay 400€ for nothing. Την πήρα και γω ενθουσιασμένος και για 2,5 χρόνια ήταν πραγματικά άψογη. 6 μήνες λοιπόν μετά την εγγύηση, ξαφνικά ένα βράδυ, άρχισε τις επανεκκινήσεις. Συνηθισμένος από τα pc, θεώρησα πως είναι κάτι με το τροφοδοτικό. Την πάω στο μάστορα ήρεμος περιμένοντας την επιβεβαίωση και μου "σκάει" την κοτρόνα! "Δεν τη δούλεψες πολύ" μου λέει. "Ναι" του απαντάω αλλά πως το κατάλαβες; "Αν τη δούλευες θα σου έκαιγε την οθόνη εντός εγγύησης και δε θα την πετούσες". Κόκκαλο ο δικός σου!
Εν ολίγοις μου εξήγησε πως όλη αυτή η σειρά είχε ελλαττωματικά πάνελ και σε όλους έβγαλε πρόβλημα. Όσοι τη δουλέψαν αρκετά τους το έβγαλε νωρίς και την αντικατέστησαν εντός εγγύησης, όσοι όχι, την πατήσανε.
Μακριά λοιπόν από το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο. Ακόμα κλαίω τα λεφτά μου!!!- Picture

Did you find this review helpful?Η τηλεόραση αγοράστηκε στις 13/10/2020 στα 570€. Δεν θα διαφωνήσω με τους υπόλοιπους χρήστες στην ποιότητα εικόνας, η οποία ήταν κορυφαία. Μέχρι πριν από 2-3 μήνες όπου εμφάνισε οριζόντιες γραμμές κατά μήκος της οθόνης, και την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα ξεκίνησε τις επανεκκινήσεις όπως αναφέρουν και άλλοι χρήστες. Το τεχνικό τμήμα της Samsung μου ζήτησε 350€ για αλλαγή του display panel. Φυσικά και δεν τα έδωσα. Τραγική αγορά, τραγική εταιρία. Κοινώς, πεταμένα λεφτά. Για ομαδική αγωγή είναι. Εννοείται πως όλα αυτά εμφανίστηκαν με την λήξη της εγγύησης. ΜΑΚΡΥΑ!!

Δε περασε μια ωρα και εκλεισε παλι απο μονη της και απο τοτε ανοιγοκλεινει απο μονη της για 5 δευτερολεπτα, χωρις εικονα, μονο ηχος. Δε ανταποκρινεται ουτε στο χειριστηριο. Απ οτι διαβασα εδω ψαχνοντας το θεμα πρεπει να θεωρω τυχερο τον εαυτο μου που εχει εγγυηση. Αν βεβαια καταφερω να βγαλω ακρη. Μακρια

Συμπερασμα. πλέον η αγορά tv είναι κάτι σαν το joker μπορεί να σου κάτσει μια στο εκατομμύριο.

Did you find this review helpful?Την τηλεοραση την είχα στο σαλόνι για καθημερινή χρήση. Στα καλα της οθόνης είναι η πολύ καλή εικόνα. Ήχος καλος εαν έχεις τον ήχο σε μέτρια ένταση. Σε χαμηλή ενταση ειναι κακος ο ήχος. Παμε τωρα στα άσχημα....
Μετά από 2 χρονια μέτριας χρήσης παρουσίασε μια μαύρη λεπτή γραμμή στην μέση ( προσπάθησα να την φωτογράφησω) εχθες η τηλεόραση κανει freeze με πιξελιασμενη εικόνα και μετά restart. Προφανώς δεν εχει εγγύηση. Δεν περίμενα ποτέ η samsung να εχει τετοιo θέμα αξιοπιστίας. Δίνεις τοσα χρήματα νομίζεις ότι θα παει 5 χρονια αλλα δε.... ποτε ξανά samsung.- Picture
