Very good image, mediocre sound... don't buy it without a 2-year warranty extension. It lasts for 2 months and the repair costs 350-450€ depending on the technician... just like it happened to others here, it turned off and restarted 2 months after the warranty expired (the panel burned).

After seeing burnt pixels on the screen, I contacted customer service (within warranty) and they told me that the panel needed to be replaced! I accepted it, a technician came to pick it up, and after I was left without a TV for a week, it came back... As soon as I turn it on (with the new panel), there are lines in the middle and everywhere, meaning a bigger problem than before! I call Samsung to request a replacement TV, and they told me that it can't be done; they need to change the panel again, even though it was their fault and I wasn't responsible, resulting in me being without a TV for another week!!

The television is very good with vivid colors and no sound issues as many mentioned, the remote, although simplistic, does not trouble you at all (charges with light)

    Good evening!
We bought this TV last March and connected it with all the necessary cables! So far, it is flawless. The 4k resolution is amazing and it rarely lags! I am surprised by all these bad reviews. A smart TV doesn't just need to be plugged in to work. It requires a wifi signal, etc.
The remote control is nice! Small, fast, and of good quality! It has quick access options like Netflix, Rakuten TV, etc., and it needs 2 small batteries, which have only needed to be changed once so far.
Overall, for €640, it is very good!

I had said I would never buy an item again and look at the reviews because unfortunately, they are not true. I have been fooled many times by products that only had good reviews and were not good. So, regarding this television, for which I see negative comments about the picture, the sound, and the viewing angle, I will tell you that none of that is true. The television simply excels in everything. Wonderful picture even on basic channels, and although I have a soundbar, I haven't even connected it, and I put it up for sale because the sound is top-notch. I have the 55'' and I got it for 599 on sale, so yes, with my eyes closed. I don't think there is a better one at this price anywhere in the world.

Good picture but very poor viewing angle! Two days ago it broke and went for service, and the technician told me today that the panel needs to be replaced. Fortunately, it is under warranty; otherwise, the new panel would have cost me €400!!! Reliability is zero... my next TV will definitely be LG.

I have had it for 1 month since I got it at 55". The picture is crystal clear, the sound is very good, strong, and high quality (some say they hear a buzzing at low volumes, but personally I hear nothing, and the sound is even better than stereo). The viewing angles are very good, the remote control is Smart (only the Smart remote is included in the package), very good connection with WiFi and fast. It's lightweight and has a very small plastic bezel on the screen, the colors are perfect and there is an option for more vivid colors. I found it on sale for €600 and it is truly worth much more money. I highly recommend it, with closed eyes as they say, if you find it on sale (which these days it is on sale everywhere).

We use it in the office for presentations. It has very good image and sound. It definitely does not fully match the color quality of the MacBook we use for the presentations. It is the best Value For Money

For the 600+ I paid for the 55-inch, I think it's worth the money. Bright light and excellent colors. Watch some videos for color settings and don't stick to the default ones. It's somewhat of a plastic construction, but that only shows when carrying it. However, the sound is incredible, to the point that while I used to have a medium-sized Marshall speaker for music, now I listen from the TV by playing YouTube files for audio fidelity, test speakers, etc. Its black color has somewhat of an issue; it doesn't show the subtle shades to the point that if you're watching something that the director has decided to be dark, you can't distinguish much. This is its only drawback.

Purchased in March 2021 for €520 from a large electronics chain, so first impressions, the screen is incredible, good sound, I wonder how some people complain about its sound, fast in apps and navigation, good viewing angles, its remote control is very simple and easy to use, the only negative is the quality of its peripheral materials, my opinion is that anyone thinking of buying it should do so without a second thought!

I bought a Samsung 50" for 400€ at the beginning of December 2020. In February 2021, I needed to remove the antenna cable and the TV's plug broke. I spoke with the Greek representative (by phone) as well as with the Korean one (via email) and they told me that the antenna plug is integrated with the board and that the damage is not covered by the warranty. The replacement of the board costs 225€. And all of this was done over the phone without anyone coming to assess the damage.

I was going for the qe55q70t but it was sold out the day I went to place an order. So I went for my second choice, the qe55q60t. This did not leave me disappointed at all. I have had it for at least 2 months and I am 100% satisfied.

Good evening, I would also like to evaluate the product since I now have an opinion after 7 months of use. Well, it is a very good television and worth its price. It has amazing picture quality, beautiful vibrant colors, and very nice black. Easy menu, fast processor, it doesn't lag anywhere. I recommend it with closed eyes.

Purchased on Black Friday for €599. Very good television with Samsung's quality. For those who complain, the sound can be adjusted in the sound enhancement option in the settings. The screen is unbeatable, especially in the "dynamic" setting. I highly recommend it.

Excellent television for a purchase of 550 euros; I consider it not just value for money but even more. I come from a 55' LG (quite satisfied) from 7 years ago, but we are talking about a different era and of course a different image processor, etc. Incredible in synchronization with the devices you have, home cinema, gaming consoles, etc. It recognizes them and you play with the same remote control. Switching either manually or with voice commands is a breeze. Okay, for some, the remote might be a bit strange, but in an hour, you get used to it comfortably. Netflix, YouTube feels like you are accessing it from your phone. Also, the mirroring, although it has a half-second delay (which is reasonable), for gaming in all other aspects feels like you have a 55' phone. I don't have an opinion on the sound because it connected directly to the home cinema, and I haven't dealt with it.

Owner of the 55" screen for a week now....
Now I can say that I watch TV while I was an owner of a bravia 40".
Incredibly vibrant colors in various modes... Good sound depending on the quality it reproduces... From open hd star hd amazing picture... sports etc full ok
With Netflix and ultra 4k it rocks... quite good blacks. If I think that to get an oled I had to pay 600 euros more... I think I will live with this. The remote is simple and unadorned... I hope at some point the Greek audio feature will work... because in English when you search by voice it gets a bit confusing... easy monitoring from mobile phones, iPads, laptops etc... split etc... I think at 550 to 600 euros it is unbeatable... if the panel were 120 it would be even better... I recommend it without reservation...

After a year of use, I can only have positive results. The only negative is the sound; it should be better at this level of the television. User-friendly menu with many options, in 4K movies the colors and the image are truly incredible. Value for money TV

When you see 4K, the picture is on another level, and that’s where you understand the capabilities of this particular TV. The sound is satisfactory but not something exceptional, as is the case with all TVs. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

After six months of use, I return to correct what I wrote regarding the sound, which is ultimately not just satisfactory but much more. Generally, I am absolutely satisfied with my choice and highly recommend it, especially at the price it is now. I had bought it for 750 euros

Very good picture, a big upgrade in viewing from the 40-inch I had before. One thing I haven't figured out how to disable is when you accidentally select a source from the remote control, like the PlayStation, it automatically sends a command and the device turns on. For example, the PlayStation starts up from where I have it turned off
