Very good image, mediocre sound... don't buy it without a 2-year warranty extension. It lasts for 2 months and the repair costs 350-450€ depending on the technician... just like it happened to others here, it turned off and restarted 2 months after the warranty expired (the panel burned).

I accepted it, a technician came to pick it up, and after I was left without a TV for a week, it came back... As soon as I turn it on (with the new panel), there are lines in the middle and everywhere, meaning a bigger problem than before! I call Samsung to request a replacement TV, and they told me that it can't be done; they need to change the panel again, even though it was their fault and I wasn't responsible, resulting in me being without a TV for another week!!

We bought this TV last March and connected it with all the necessary cables! So far, it is flawless. The 4k resolution is amazing and it rarely lags! I am surprised by all these bad reviews. A smart TV doesn't just need to be plugged in to work. It requires a wifi signal, etc.
The remote control is nice! Small, fast, and of good quality! It has quick access options like Netflix, Rakuten TV, etc., and it needs 2 small batteries, which have only needed to be changed once so far.

This is not a detailed review of the product, but rather a first opinion (I may write a detailed comment after a period of use). At this point, I want to emphasize that the version I have is the 55-inch one. The television is amazing. Very nice colors, vibrant, without appearing fake or excessive. The blacks, as well as the darker colors, stand out from one another and do not look the same. Beautiful viewing angle from wherever you look at it without significantly distorting the image and its quality. I was extremely impressed by the sound, as it maintains quality and remains clear even at low levels, which I did not expect at all, but to be honest, I am not the most experienced to judge it, as I come from a relatively old television, so it is expected that the sound on the new one would be more crystal clear. You really enjoy watching movies. Nice minimalist remote, without too many buttons, just the way I personally like it. Its menu is also user-friendly. The setup is very easy. The connectivity with the internet and other devices is quick and satisfactory. I believe it is worth its price 100%. Imagine, I had taken a break from watching movies until it arrived the other day, and I have watched half of Netflix because the new viewing experience is truly enjoyable. I have been fooled many times by products that only had good reviews and were not good. So, regarding this television, for which I see negative comments about the picture, the sound, and the viewing angle, I will tell you that none of that is true. The television simply excels in everything. Wonderful picture even on basic channels, and although I have a soundbar, I haven't even connected it, and I put it up for sale because the sound is top-notch. I have the 55'' and I got it for 599 on sale, so yes, with my eyes closed. I don't think there is a better one at this price anywhere in the world.

The picture is crystal clear, the sound is very good, strong, and high quality (some say they hear a buzzing at low volumes, but personally I hear nothing, and the sound is even better than stereo). The viewing angles are very good, the remote control is Smart (only the Smart remote is included in the package), very good connection with WiFi and fast. It's lightweight and has a very small plastic bezel on the screen, the colors are perfect and there is an option for more vivid colors. I found it on sale for €600 and it is truly worth much more money. I highly recommend it, with closed eyes as they say, if you find it on sale (which these days it is on sale everywhere).

Did you find this review helpful?For the 600+ I paid for the 55-inch, I think it's worth the money. Bright light and excellent colors. Watch some videos for color settings and don't stick to the default ones. It's somewhat of a plastic construction, but that only shows when carrying it. However, the sound is incredible, to the point that while I used to have a medium-sized Marshall speaker for music, now I listen from the TV by playing YouTube files for audio fidelity, test speakers, etc. Its black color has somewhat of an issue; it doesn't show the subtle shades to the point that if you're watching something that the director has decided to be dark, you can't distinguish much. This is its only drawback.

Did you find this review helpful?I bought a Samsung 50" for 400€ at the beginning of December 2020. In February 2021, I needed to remove the antenna cable and the TV's plug broke. I spoke with the Greek representative (by phone) as well as with the Korean one (via email) and they told me that the antenna plug is integrated with the board and that the damage is not covered by the warranty. The replacement of the board costs 225€. And all of this was done over the phone without anyone coming to assess the damage.

I come from a 55' LG (quite satisfied) from 7 years ago, but we are talking about a different era and of course a different image processor, etc. Incredible in synchronization with the devices you have, home cinema, gaming consoles, etc. It recognizes them and you play with the same remote control. Switching either manually or with voice commands is a breeze. Okay, for some, the remote might be a bit strange, but in an hour, you get used to it comfortably. Netflix, YouTube feels like you are accessing it from your phone. Also, the mirroring, although it has a half-second delay (which is reasonable), for gaming in all other aspects feels like you have a 55' phone. I don't have an opinion on the sound because it connected directly to the home cinema, and I haven't dealt with it.

(Ειδικά με την ειδική επέκταση που έκανα από γνωστή αλυσίδα καταστημάτων με +100 ευρώ για 5 χρόνια, ουσιαστικά εξασφάλισα πως η επόμενη τηλεόρασή μου θα είναι μετά το 2025 χωρίς να αγχώνομαι για τυχόν εγγυήσεις κτλπ)
Πάμε στην τηλεόραση τώρα. Έκανα μετάβαση από μια JVC FullHD σε αυτήν που είναι 4K. Πραγματικά μεγάλη αναβάθμιση για το σαλόνι μας η τηλεόραση. Περιμένω να ενεργοποιήσω και στο Netflix την αντίστοιχη συνδρομή για 4Κ περιεχόμενο για να δω και εκεί την διαφορά με την προηγούμενη, αλλά και από το Youtube σε 4Κ videos καταλαβαίνεις και βλέπεις μια πολύ καλή και ποιοτική εικόνα.
Ωραία και ζωντανά χρώματα.Από ήχο, τουλάχιστον για την χρήση που της κάνουμε εμείς, μας καλύπτει πλήρως. Και μουσική που βάζω να παίζει από Youtube είναι αρκετά τίμια. Τώρα αν θέλουμε βέβαια να αυξήσουμε την ηχητική μας ποιότητα και εμπειρία εκεί θα χρειαστούμε κάποια ηχόμπαρα ή κάποιον εξοπλισμό home cinema. Αυτό πάει ανάλογα με τις απαιτήσεις του καθενός.
Καλή γωνία θέασης. Το τραπέζι μας, σε σχέση με τον καναπέ που είναι σε ευθεία, βρίσκεται σχεδόν σε γωνία 70~80 μοιρών και όμως βλέπεις μια χαρά. Βέβαια δεν θα κάτσεις να δεις τηλεόραση από τέτοια γωνία, αλλά σε φυσιολογικές γωνίες στις οποίες βλέπεις απόλυτα ικανοποιητικά.
Η σύνδεση-εγκατάσταση αρκετά εύκολη και έγινε μέσω της εφαρμογής Android της συσκευής. Κανένα θέμα σύνδεσης με το wifi ή αποσυνδέσεις. Επίσης σύνδεσα απευθείας το laptop μου στην τηλεόραση μέσω της λειτουργίας Miracast, εύκολα και γρήγορα, για προβολή του περιεχομένου του λάπτοπ στην τηλεόραση.
Το μενού αρκετά απλό και εύχρηστο. Η μόνη δυσκολία που ίσως αντιμετωπίσετε είναι πως να ρυθμίσετε ένα κανάλι σε συγκεκριμένο αριθμό. Αυτό, επειδή το έψαξα γίνεται μέσω του Μενού-->Ζωντανή επίγεια τηλεόραση-->Λίστα καναλιών-->Επεξεργασία καναλιών-->Αλλαγή αριθμού
Η τηλεόραση επίσης σαν κάτι έξτρα που βρήκα (αν και έχει διάφορες έξτρα λειτουργίες όπως προβολή φωτογραφιών κτλπ) είναι ότι προσαρμόζει την φωτεινότητα της οθόνης ανάλογα με τον φωτισμό του δωματίου. Κάτι ανάλογο που κάνει και το κινητό μας. Πολύ βολικό γιατί σου προσφέρει την σωστή φωτεινότητα όταν και όποτε την χρειάζεσαι.
Οι πρώτες εντυπώσεις λοιπόν πολύ θετικές. Σε αυτή την τιμή που αγοράστηκε την θεωρώ μια πολύ καλή και ποιοτική αναβάθμιση για το σαλόνι σας. Το μόνο που μένει να δείξει είναι η αντοχή της στο χρόνο. Αν την πάρετε από μεγάλη αλυσίδα που υποστηρίζει την επέκταση εγγύησης για 5 χρόνια αντί για 2 του κατασκευαστή, προσωπική μου άποψη, κάντε την. Αν τυχόν παρατηρήσω κάτι, θα επιστρέψω με νέα κριτική.
