Ingredients:

• 500 g. medium beans ALL BIO
• 2 finely chopped onions
• 2 carrots, sliced
• 200 g. finely chopped celery
• 200 g. tomato juice
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• Salt, pepper
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 8 cups of water (approximately)

Instructions:

Place the beans in a pot with water and let them soak for at least 8 hours. Then, drain and rinse them. Add the beans, onions, carrots, celery to the pot and let them boil for 2 hours. Before the beans are done, add the oil, salt, pepper, tomato juice, and paste, and let it cook until it thickens.
