Yellow long-grain rice from the company Ola Bio that remains fluffy. It is parboiled and gets its yellowish color from its outer husk during processing. Parboiled is the hydrothermal processing method in which the rice grain is immersed in hot water and steam, resulting in all its nutrients being diffused into the interior of the grain.
