It does not have straps to fasten around the neck. It is probably for children over one year old at least.

It leaves food stains ... no matter how much you wash it. However, for its price, it is fine ... compared to others, much better.
Ideally, if it had a different fastening and not Velcro, it would be even better.

Great nice bib.. The only downside is that the food receptacle sticks to the bib, causing the food to drip!
