Boil 1 liter of water. Then open a bag of Konjac rice, empty its contents into the boiling water, and cook for 12 minutes. Drain & rinse the rice with tap water.

It is a true ally in a diet without carbohydrates and gluten. Very easy to use, I handle it like regular rice in every recipe. I simply boil it and rinse it beforehand.
It's great and helps me on difficult days. I also tried adding dehydrated mushrooms to it while boiling, and I didn't rinse it afterwards. No fishiness, nothing. I haven't tried adding anything else to the water exactly because of the comments about fishiness.
