Very good form, traditional!
It cooks well and nicely.
Personally, I did not appreciate the size well (I got the 28), in the end it is enormous, I would recommend the smaller dimension.

Perfect form, made in Greece. It doesn't stick. It bakes the cake on the outside without burning it or altering the taste. It is spacious and allows the cake to rise properly, unlike other forms that trap moisture and make the cake soggy inside. It is worth every penny, unlike the heavily advertised black non-stick forms that have flooded the market. Back to the old ways!
