Very good chocolate, a base for making your own sugar-free chocolates by adding the sweetener you desire. It would be great if it had more cocoa butter for a richer flavor, but it would definitely be more expensive. Of course, it is very difficult to eat it plain with the minimal amount of sugar it has.
