Indeed, the product does what it promises! Unfortunately, I don't have a photo from BEFORE! The iron was really terrible and now it has cleaned up to 90%! If I had a little more product, I would achieve 100%!!! So get two if you have a very big problem.

I had to use the entire product, as almost the entire surface was stained. It produces fumes, but if cleaning is done outdoors, there is no problem.

I had tried various techniques over time (e.g. using aluminum foil) and they had indeed extended its lifespan quite a bit. Unfortunately, they no longer worked, so I tried this specific stick and it worked perfectly.
Basically, you rub it on the hot plate (unplugged) and it dissolves everything. However, be careful of the fumes. You must do it in a well-ventilated area and wear a mask, otherwise you will inhale all the chemicals.Translated from Greek ·Did you find this review helpful?It does an amazing job! I had tried many homemade remedies to clean the iron but nothing worked until I tried this specific product. My advice is to clean the iron outdoors (the instructions say in a well-ventilated area) due to the fumes, and to place 2-3 pieces of kitchen paper underneath the iron because it drips. Hold the iron so that the plate is perpendicular to the floor and simply rub the iron with the stick while it is at wool temperature. It was cleaned in 10 minutes.
