Obviously I came across a defective product, because otherwise I have no complaints about the company for anything else I have purchased.
The problem was with the lights, which would turn on and off by themselves, which was incredibly annoying to me... Even when I left it on my desk for days...
In some charges, it would even stop charging on its own when I charged my phone with it...
Its size and weight are within acceptable limits...
As for its construction, it is indeed very stable...
Regarding its charging, it took at least 7-8 hours...
I replaced it with another product from a different company...
Anyway, the lights and the button on the sides, which is not a power on/off button but simply a battery indicator button, tired me out...

I bought 2 (one for me, one for my brother) and within a few weeks they stopped charging completely, without even reaching 1 year of operation. It has a sturdy construction, is lightweight, and is not too big (about the size of a mobile phone). It has 4 charging ports, two of which are regular USB, one is USB-C, and the other is Micro-USB which charges the device itself. It also has a button on the side that shows how much battery the power bank has when pressed. It charges the mobile phone quickly, but it takes a VERY LONG TIME to charge itself (we're talking about 6-7 hours), so I recommend charging it overnight. Apart from that, I have no complaints as it does its job well and has good durability.

Do not expect fast charging 18W+, wireless charging, and other such features. It is a simple power bank, 10,000mAh with a total output power of 10W and what it does, it does decently.
With a full charge, it can charge a Redmi Note 7, a Redmi Note 8, and a Mi Band. Personally, it has served me well.
However, as other users of this particular product say, its charging requires a lot of time.

A Redmi Note 4 (4000mAh battery) charges it almost 3 times quite quickly. The only negative is that the power bank itself takes about 6-8 hours to fully charge. And one more thing I noticed is that it does not charge properly with a micro USB cable and I am forced to use USB-C. I don't know if it's a flaw in mine, but it's not something tragic.
