Pour half of the bottle's contents into the drum of your empty dishwasher or washing machine and the rest into the main wash compartment. (Not in the pre-wash compartment, nor in the fabric softener compartment.) Start a long-duration program without pre-wash, at a high temperature of about 90-95°C.
You can repeat the descaling process every 6 months.
