Very good chemical cleaner from Electrolux for the dishwasher as well as for the washing machine. It is placed in an empty washing machine (inside the drum) or in the compartment (detergent slot) at maximum temperature (e.g. 90 degrees) as well as in an empty dishwasher (at maximum temperature) with the only difference that you pour it into the dishwasher after 15 minutes (after the dishwasher has started).... It should not be placed in the dishwasher compartment.... It maintains the mechanical parts and the pipes as it (as the company states) removes limescale, fats, odors, and prevents the formation of mold. Recommended use: once a month for optimal results.

The washing machine's hoses were bringing a bad smell from the sewer.. since I used it, I haven't had that smell again.. I don't know if it cleaned because of the product or if it was a coincidence, but I believe it will show in the next period, since I plan to use one packet a month..

Very good product, I use it on my new LG washing machine once a month regardless of the wash cycles, and with the special drum cleaning program it has. Then I clean the filter and empty the tube with the residues. Very good result, the pack of 12 is worth it for a year of maintenance

It does its job but it requires more than one bag to start until it cleans. After 1 month as stated by the manufacturer.
