While it protects the socket, it doesn't make sense that it needs to be removed every time it is used and you have to remember to put it back. At the same time, there are other products on the market that rotate and stay permanently in the socket after use. Those suited me better.

Excellent... the plus side is that you don't need to search for a key, etc... it opens with the plug... of course, for babies, for example, 2 years old... I don't know how safe it is... maybe they will discover it or pull it with some other accessory... maybe at that age they would want something more "challenging"
