The bread maker is very good. It has a variety of programs and so far I have made basic bread, dough for pasta, and pizza dough. Everything turned out fantastic. The only thing that gives me a little trouble is removing the bread as soon as it's ready. In an impulsive attempt to take it out with a spatula, I scratched the non-stick surface a bit. Indeed, if you leave the bread inside for a little longer, it comes out more easily. The other downside is that the recipe book is not available in Greek or English, but I used a translation app and I'm fine. Apart from that, it is fantastic and worth every euro, both for baking bread and for the dough it makes.

First bread I made without using a bread maker again. I made the country bread from the recipe book of the device, without the extras, in program 9 (3 minutes to put everything inside). The loaf came out perfect at 750g, with a medium crust and crispy on the outside, nicely baked on the inside. The difficulty I faced was in taking it out because it sticks a little to the paddles, but if it cools down a bit and you hold it, it comes out after a little effort. The bread is better than from the oven because the ingredients are of better quality, I believe. The bread is filling and tasty. In the recipe, I also added a tablespoon of olive oil, I used branded bread flour and wholemeal flour from the same brand, sea salt, brown sugar from cane sugar, dry yeast, and filtered water without chlorine. In the first ten minutes of kneading, I opened the lid and with a spatula, I helped anything that had stuck to the walls to incorporate into the dough, and then you just wait for the remaining 2:50 (total 3+ something) hours for the miracle to happen. The device has timers, but I preferred to weigh everything precisely with a kitchen scale. The result covers both table bread and you can slice it for toast. I think it will quickly pay off since it covers a wide range of preparations. I had tried bread from a relatively cheap bread maker a few years ago and I wasn't impressed like this. Value for money purchase, especially with the uphill prices we live in. It is indeed bulky, but for what you can do with it (baguettes for sandwiches, pizza dough, pasta dough, cakes, tsoureki, jams, various breads), the size is normal. The bin has a few residues for cleaning afterwards, it is easily cleaned with soaking and a soft sponge. I hope I helped, happy kneading!

Well.. after purchasing this specific bread maker, let me say a few words..
The price may be a bit steep,
A bit bulky,
Fast, makes good bread,
It takes a little experimentation at the beginning until you find the recipe you like.
There are no recipes in Greek, only in Dutch and French. (purchased from a Greek store)
It bakes nicely and the bread is simply amazing on the inside!!!
The only drawback is that it doesn't brown the bread on top, it remains white.
Maybe I haven't figured out the trick yet, but I don't think there is one, because simply there are no heating elements on top to brown it.
On the contrary, though, it is simply perfect in color from the bottom and the sides!
I recommend buying it even though it's a bit pricey.. maybe its price will drop in the future..

Excellent rising and bread flavor. So far, I have only used the basic program (8) because it becomes very tasty and covers our needs. I will write down the recipe that I use, based on the recipe book but with some variations: 460 ml water, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp salt, and on top 700g flour (5 cups, 3 white and 2 whole wheat flour from Agios Georgios mills) and on top 2 tsp dry yeast. If you try it, you won't want to buy again. Truly excellent device, worth it!
