I tried the drink on the recommendation of a doctor, as a meal replacement (and not as a supplement) within the framework of a diet program. Although quite sweet, it is very tasty, as is the chocolate - espresso flavor. Personally, I have been taking it for three weeks and the results are excellent. Also, although I wasn't hungry at all during the first few days, as the days go by, I start to feel hungry about 4-6 hours after consuming it, which is reasonable, as that is how long it is recommended until the next meal. Finally, the next meal should ideally be a regular healthy meal in normal portions and calories.

In ten days with the pre-vent start, I had lost three kilos. I would not buy the specific flavor (vanilla) again because for the last three days it made me nauseous when I smelled it. Quite sweet considering that you drink it twice a day. The chocolate strawberry flavor is sweet enough and I bought it for the second time now.

Every single time I took it (morning or evening or both), I would get a terrible hunger and rumbling in my stomach. I took it for 15 days, and nothing changed/improved. When I simply fast, I don't experience such hunger. Also, during these 15 days, I developed a severe sensitivity in my gums. Very strange. As soon as I stopped taking it, the sensitivity and uncontrollable hunger stopped as well. Unfortunately, a huge NO from me.

To work, it is important not to eat ANYTHING for intervals longer than 4 hours and to drink water. In people with a lot more weight, it helps a lot in rapid weight loss (my husband). In my case, I "did it" and along with every prevent glass, I also ate bread, sweets, and chocolates... I didn't lose weight... but I didn't gain either. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the company, which changes packaging, changes spoons, eliminates flavors... generally gives you a feeling of insecurity... also, the product is nonexistent abroad.

Very good product!!! It helps with weight loss, reduces the feeling of hunger. -8 kilos in one month!!!!!!
