I have been a owner of the phone since 8/2020, which is a little more than 2 and a half years. I am extremely satisfied with this particular phone. It takes very decent photos. I included night and macro shots to give you an idea. The battery, with full use (mainly social media and calls), lasts me a whole day even today. Although I bought it in the very early days for €380, I have never regretted it for a moment. As for Google services, it has not bothered me at all. All the apps work perfectly. I bought it for €180 and for the money I got it, it is very decent. I gave it 3 stars because the camera is terrible. Especially in videos, it is awful, it's like you have Parkinson's and you shake. The videos are terrible, even when you stabilize the phone to take videos with the back camera. The front camera is average, as it doesn't have as high resolution as it claims.I have overused it and I believe the battery is fantastic. Now it lasts me 5-6 hours with continuous use, while in the first year it definitely lasted 12 hours, and still the battery performance is very satisfactory. It charges very quickly, especially when it has very low battery, it turbo charges immediately.
The speaker is of good quality and loud.
Google services would make this phone 10/10 and I could ignore the terrible camera. It restricts you a lot because many apps, even if you download them from APKpure, don't open, and if they do open, they don't work properly.
Don't get it if you want a perfect camera and if you want it for gaming. Many apps don't open and the camera is not at all satisfactory. Not even average. It's terrible.

I have had it for 2 years and I have "abused" it, especially during quarantine when I had to be on the phone for hours. It has also taken some hard falls and it hasn't suffered any damage, it's bulletproof and it doesn't freeze (I don't even have a screen protector, just a plastic case for 5€). The battery has obviously lost some of its longevity, which is absolutely logical (1 charge per day and I use it for about 5-6 hours). As for Google Services, I never needed them as there is Gspace and the Browser. Excellent phone, I highly recommend it!!

Former owner of p30 pro, whatever it entails in terms of processor, camera, etc... Due to the damage of the p30 pro, I decided to switch to a mid-range phone and avoided Huawei due to the lack of Google. I went for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro, which was unacceptable in terms of processor, it was laggy, slow, and had mediocre photos... After being disappointed, I took the risk to return to Huawei and having spent over 1100€ in less than 8 months for the p30 pro and Xiaomi, I didn't want to switch again. I got the p40 lite! Even though it's a 2020 model, the difference in processors was huge compared to Xiaomi. The p40 doesn't lag anywhere and of course, the photos are incomparable. ALL the apps, like Viber, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, Alpha Bank, etc., exist and work PERFECTLY. Don't be scared by the lack of Google services, everything is available. Of course, after this step and after verifying myself that the apps work without GS, the next device will be Huawei's flagship again!

I believe it is the most value-for-money device that existed at the price of 150 euros back then. In these two years, there hasn't been a single time that it has frozen or needed a restart, mainly thanks to the excellent EMUI. Two months ago, it received the upgrade to EMUI 12, and it continues to be extremely fast, the same as before, maybe even better. As for Google services, I think it is a problem only in specific applications that require their existence. There are solutions (GSPACE, using Outlook instead of Gmail, Google Maps works, Chrome works, etc.). Any other application can be downloaded from apkpure, Aurora Store, Aptoide, Appstore, etc. Good quality videos and photos (nighttime ones may be a bit lacking). Its screen is excellent!!! I would say it rivals AMOLED screens, and personally, there have been times when I think it is better than the Nova 9 that I currently own, even though that one is OLED. I believe that even after two years, it is worth buying, but not at the aforementioned price. It's worth finding it used. Finally, its battery still lasts for 2 days with average usage even after two years (the same as in the beginning!!), despite using the fast charger, it seems to have maintained its health.
