It works 100%. I am involved in competitive cycling and they are ideal to give you energy and keep you from getting hungry. I recommend them 100%.

Intense taste of pumpkin seed protein, not pleasant and bothersome in the stomach.
With other brands, I eat 2 for a snack and have no issues.

Nice protein bar! Quite tasty, I would say. It's like a regular meal since it provides you with 26 grams of protein, but the 34 grams of fat it contains, even though it's agave syrup, is a lot in my opinion, especially for a product that is 100% vegan. It shows 410 calories, which makes it feel like you're eating a regular meal, but it keeps you satisfied for a comfortable 3 hours.

It has agave syrup instead of sugar. If the company could also produce completely unsweetened ones without agave syrup, I would prefer it. Not that I don't buy it now. It will keep you satisfied for two hours easily.

Soft bar with a nice chocolate flavor. This one has 510 calories and 33g of protein. A very good choice and price in relation to quality and quantity
