ATTENTION TO THE DETAIL I WILL MENTION... In the photo is the 2-in-1 bin where we put water for vacuuming and mopping at the same time. Some models have the right bin (correct) and some have the left one (faulty construction - problematic). Before buying, make sure that your bin has the long nozzle, otherwise all the water you put for mopping will run inside the vacuum cleaner and be sucked by the motor, resulting in the vacuum cleaner burning.
Apart from that, my vacuum cleaner has the correct bin and it is great at its job. It cleans the floor well, not perfectly, but well enough that you don't need to sweep at all, and it mops and refreshes just fine.
In a 75-square-meter house, it vacuums and mops 50 square meters since the rest is covered with furniture, sofas, etc. So, for a 75-square-meter house, it takes 1 hour and consumes about 60-65% of the battery on the third suction level.
After mapping the space, you can send it to clean specific rooms, specific spots in each room, or control it like a remote control from your phone with arrows.
You can add restricted zones if you don't want it to go to certain areas.
You can rename the rooms and arrange them as you like after mapping.
There is an option to vacuum your space twice, and this option only applies once, then it needs to be reactivated through the application.
There is also an option to only vacuum the corners around. The best option is to activate this option the first time you want to map your space so that it goes around the whole house and maps it quickly.
The package includes a side brush replacement, two mopping cloths, two bins (one is the one I showed in the photo that takes water and mops at the same time with vacuuming, and the second one is only for vacuuming). The vacuum cleaner only vacuums, and vacuums and mops at the same time... and there is an option for only mopping, it doesn't do it. This is because it requires an extra third bin, which is solely for mopping (I will explain below how you can do only mopping with a very simple movement)... When mopping, it is good to wet the cloth with water, put a cap of detergent on the cloth, and fill the bin with water. In the application, there is an option for how much water to release when mopping. In my case, on the medium option, it mops the whole house with one fill. On the high option, which is the highest, it needs a refill shortly before finishing the house. For only mopping (without simultaneous vacuuming), you use the bin that you used for simultaneous vacuuming and mopping, just remove the HEPA filter from the top. This way, the vacuum cleaner will recognize the bin as a bin exclusively for mopping and will only mop, without any suction.
Now, for vacuuming, the suction has four levels: quiet, standard, medium, and turbo. In quiet mode, it is quite silent, and in turbo mode, it is quite loud but nothing like an electric vacuum cleaner. The bin empties very easily with one movement. And I would recommend emptying it after each use if you have a large house. If you have a pet, it will help you a lot with the hair. It's worth its money, it has amazing technology on top.

I waited many months to write a review in order to avoid the excitement of the 5-star ratings in the first month.
Overall, I regret this purchase because it does not provide what you buy it for, which is convenience.
I had some issues at times, such as the vacuum stopping without completing the whole house or starting and stopping right after it had started. These were fixed by resetting the map and having it start from scratch.
The problem that prompted me to write this review is that Xiaomi has practically disabled mopping. They made a mistake with some of their models, and the water tank was faulty, causing it to leak inside the vacuum instead of wetting the cloth underneath.
Their solution to this problem was to reduce the amount of water released to the point where the vacuum cannot mop properly because the cloth is 90% dry.

What I did and it seems to have fixed it (for now):
- From the app settings on my phone, I cleared the cache and data for the Mi Home app.
- Uninstalled the application.
- Installed the application again.
- From the menu with the three dots, with the vacuum selected, I did device leveling.
After doing this, it seems to be releasing water normally again.
Unfortunately, there are many issues for me to recommend this product (unless someone is willing to deal with more problems).
UPDATE:
Nothing has changed regarding what I mentioned above. My feeling is that if it broke tomorrow, I wouldn't buy the same one again but would go for a better (and more expensive) model. But my criticism might be too harsh for someone who is not willing to do that.
Another problem I noticed is that when I set a virtual area to prevent it from going to a certain part of the house, I left a small space for it to pass through normally. However, afterwards, it "thought" it couldn't turn back because it had to pass over the same spot, leaving a part of the room uncleaned (see image).
I also find it unbelievable that it doesn't allow you to select which rooms you want it to clean, like a list, and just do it. The only option is to define a square or a circle and have it clean within that area. This creates routing problems.
For example (see image), even though I have it positioned in the top left of Room3, I set it to clean Room2 by selecting it as an area with a square. Instead of going to Room2, it tried to pass through the wall connecting Room3 and Room2 right in front of where it was positioned... In order to make it go there, I had to select a bit of Room3 in the square so it would understand that they are connected and it can pass through there.
These small things bother me because I don't feel like I can just let it work and know that it will do it without supervision.
However, for someone who is not willing to spend an additional 100+ euros on a vacuum and is not bothered by the issues I mentioned above (e.g., the cloth getting wet on its own at the beginning to assist with the reduced flow), it is not a deterrent choice for me.
Since despite the flaws, it is on the verge of the most low-end vacuums, which may have worse sensors and would not clean the space with the same precision, I would not recommend them unless someone is on a very tight budget.
UPDATE 2:
It continues to give me problems with mopping, meaning it practically doesn't release any water. Something that forces me to sit on top of it to see if it actually mops.
I regret not spending an extra 100 euros to buy a roborock.
For those who have the same problem, usually by restarting the vacuum and then performing device leveling from the settings, it restores it.
For the restart:
Remove it from the dock,
Hold the power button on the vacuum for 5 seconds,
After half a minute, open it from the same button,
Place it back on the dock.
The love-hate relationship with this one ended today with a kick and its breaking after 4 years. After I changed all the furniture and gave away an expensive sofa so it could finally map after a long time and not get stuck underneath it. And it got stuck again and ruined the mapping on a silly obstacle. It doesn't work. Get a serious vacuum
Needs attention for any cables on the floor because the brush can break. Terrible application. After relatively little use, it stopped releasing water during (superficial) mopping.
It collects too much dust on the tile. If the house is spotless, it's okay. If it needs to sweep, it will collect half.
It makes absolutely no difference on carpets. It's like it never passed.

I got tired of sweeping with the robot vacuum, under the smart one, and I got tired of carrying it faint to the base.

At first it did a good job, after 1.5 years of use and not daily, it just needs a refresh. On the carpet it has lost all power, it doesn't suck anything. And many times it loses its map and goes wherever
It certainly pushes the crumbs under the carpet, but expected. Very satisfied, it goes up on my carpets with normal pile, but I have hidden the tassels. At first it was difficult to connect, but after that it works great! And in the summer I also use it for dusting and it picks up all the dust! I would buy it again, it's worth its money!
After 3 years, it frequently lost the map and got stuck in places for no reason. Maybe it was the battery's fault, which had gone bad. Eventually, the circuit board broke down shortly after.
I bought it on the 21st and already within a year, problems started with the command for spraying during mopping. It wanted me to clean or shake the metal part that it touches the container. Also, over time, it gets worse. It loses contact with the map as time passes, and more frequently. In one year, the clip that attaches the container broke. But it still works fine.
The battery starts noticeably declining after a year and a half. Now, in the 3rd year and 3 months, it can barely clean for more than ten minutes. And only 15 square meters. It doesn't command to go for charging if it cleans a longer distance. It stops abruptly. Also, it doesn't charge well at all, and the voice command for charging is constantly heard. It doesn't connect to a new router on the 23rd because it says it's an old model. For the money it costs today, I wouldn't even consider it!
I definitely wouldn't buy it again, it frequently loses its map and after a year of use it needs a new battery which is not covered by warranty since the battery has a 6-month warranty. Look for something else
One star because the problem is not the vacuum cleaner but its application. It loses the map of the house, it loses its base, it doesn't clean all the areas, while as a vacuum cleaner it cleans well, collects dust and hair perfectly. Mopping is useless as it doesn't compare to regular mopping. When you have carpets and difficult spots in the house, it gets stuck. In the summer, for example, when we gather the carpets, things are better, it doesn't have as many obstacles and it cleans better and faster. It requires preparation before using it, such as lifting the curtains because it catches them, lifting chairs because it takes a long time to clean around them, slippers, charger cables, etc., such things need to be picked up because it catches and gets stuck. When it was purchased, it worked fine, but recently it has gone crazy and the problem is the application that crashes and loses the map and its base.
THIS VACUUM CLEANER WILL GO IN THE TRASH, I REGRET THE 200 EUROS I SPENT ON IT.
I don't understand why there are so many good reviews for a vacuum cleaner that needs to be close to you in order to clean. One time it gets lost, another time it can't find the charger, and another time it can't read the map. The times it does manage to clean, it's something we comment on and it impresses us. Also, it often tries to return to the charging base by hitting a wall until the battery runs out, simply because it doesn't "understand" that it needs to find the door to return. Choose something else instead. Don't waste your money.
To me, this vacuum cleaner, although I had heard excellent reviews, has caused countless problems. Initially, it constantly gets stuck, the system keeps freezing, it goes up on some surfaces but not on others, even though they are lower. Additionally, the app frequently crashes
I have had this vacuum cleaner for 2 years. As far as vacuuming is concerned, I am 100% satisfied. However, when it comes to mopping, I feel like it just wets the floor and pseudo-cleans it. Many times, it simply goes over simple stains without cleaning them at all. Occasionally, when you start it, it doesn't understand where it is, resulting in losing the map and creating a new one.
I was not satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. After a few months, it started having problems: It loses the map, resulting in frequent mapping. It loses signal from the router. It leaves fuzz on the floor. It insists on staying in one spot for a long time while it may not go to other areas at all. Many times it goes somewhere else than where you have indicated through the app. It needs to be cleaned when you are present because it does whatever it wants on its own. It also makes a lot of noise. I think it did not meet my expectations and it is expensive for its quality
In a professional space of 145m^2, it works continuously throughout the night. Sweeping and mopping. Some tips:
- Wet the mop before placing it to make it damp.
- The first time, press the three dots on the top right of the application and select "clean among the edges". This will ensure the fastest scan of the space. Once it is done for the first time, the map will be saved and the function will start automatically. If you want to do it again for any reason, press the three dots again, etc.
- Be present during the first mapping attempt of your space to identify any problematic areas that may hinder the process.
- If you have a large space, choose low liquid consumption during mopping when you are absent. If you are in the space, you can use high liquid consumption since you can pause and refill once it finishes.
- In the application, if you select the China region, there are some additional features. These features are not available in the global EU version.
- I recommend creating virtual walls to divide your space into rooms. This way, depending on where you are in the space, you can give specific instructions for the vacuum to perform tasks.
- Be patient in the beginning. As the vacuum works, it becomes smarter with each use.
- In large spaces, it is good to pause during mopping, remove the microfiber cloth, quickly rinse it, and put it back on. It takes only a minute and avoids mixing dirt.
These are the general guidelines. I highly recommend it. As long as you take care of it and clean it (filters, brushes, etc.), it will serve you well.
Great disappointment. I have it for 2.5 years now. I bought it because it was the most popular on skroutz and I read good comments. After the first year of use, the vacuum constantly malfunctioned. It would change its base in the layout of the house without me moving it, and the motion sensor was messed up, doing completely different things than it should. It lost its orientation and overall I have spent more time adjusting the vacuum than I would need to finish with an electric vacuum cleaner..
Really, technology is at the service of man!!! No more bending over to clean under the beds! No more black feet/socks from dust! It can sweep every day even if we are not home and the floor is spotless! Occasionally, I do the sharp corners and the top of the baseboard with a conventional vacuum cleaner. It's worth it!!!
I bought it based on the fact that it had the most reviews, I got it before 2021 for €250 from drelle, as soon as I received the vacuum cleaner, I used it for 3 hours and then after contacting Xiaomi, they informed me that the drelle store is an official importer and told me to return it, I contacted the store and they immediately accepted the return, it was defective... At first, I was very satisfied. It cleans quite well and I also have a cat at home, but it didn't last even a year. It no longer sucks at all, the mechanism doesn't work, so it's useless.
In the positives, it cleans quite well and the sponge lasts to keep your house at a good level without you having to do much. It is really necessary for those who have a pet that sheds.
In the negatives, the first and most important thing is that the application is unacceptable, it freezes, disconnects, and freezes on both android and iPhone. So there are many times that until you get it to work, it can drive you crazy.
Secondly, it is an expensive product that has a very close expiration date. The battery starts to deteriorate after a year and a half until it reaches the point where it shuts down at 50% and the vacuum never returns to the base to charge. Its use is easy and understandable, giving you the ability to adjust various parameters such as defining areas on the map created by the vacuum cleaner, setting virtual boundaries for where the vacuum cleaner will move (without needing additional equipment, as was the case with older vacuums), creating a cleaning schedule, etc.
So what's the point when you set a program for the days and hours you are away (as that's the only way you can use it, because the noise is very annoying to be present) and its biggest problem is that it instantly loses its map and starts doing its own thing, 7 out of 10 times it goes out for cleaning? Forget it - I come home and vacuum myself.
I'm tired of seeing the notification "Device error" on my phone. And if you're "lucky" and it wasn't because it lost the map, you can at least see where it got stuck. Because it definitely got stuck somewhere. In the winter, you have to exclude it from places with carpets: it can't handle them. At most, it can pass through something that is very short and smooth. And it will have consumed half of its battery to find the strength to pass it (resulting in the need for recharging before finishing the whole house) and in the end, it doesn't even have the power to suck anything from the carpet! So you only have it for areas without carpets. As long as it doesn't need to pass through carpeted areas to reach them...!
If it loses the map again? Well, just look at the pictures accompanying the text. These are designs that you see emerging live! And where you have, let's say, your "no go zone" for whatever reason (for example, I don't want it to enter the bathroom for hygiene reasons - someone else may have spread trahana on the kitchen floor and the table doesn't fit), you come back from work, for example, and you see it has gotten tangled with a towel (or the trahana we mentioned) and it's taking you for a ride wherever it happens to be in the house because, as I said before, IT DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE IT IS, so it doesn't stop until the battery runs out!!!
It's not like it's doing it on purpose - it literally seems to suffer from dementia..! In short, don't be lazy and continue to use your hands. And I'm not saying this as an old-fashioned person: I easily adopt technology that has been proven to work BUT, this is a mess...

I had no problem with the vacuum cleaner. However, at some point, due to my own fault, one wheel broke and the warranty had expired. I couldn't find anywhere to repair it.
There is no official service point, only some companies that accept to see it only if you have bought the vacuum cleaner from there and only if it is covered by the warranty. I bought it from a store and they didn't accept it. No general repair store accepted it either.
So, if you choose it, know that after the warranty expires, any problem that arises is unsolvable and the vacuum cleaner is good for throwing away
The application freezes quite often and requires remapping. Without glitches, it does a good job for space maintenance.
I wonder why I didn't get a clean house earlier without any effort! With a large-sized dog with long hair! I couldn't even imagine that it would do such a good job! At first it worked fine, but after a few months (5-6) it wouldn't connect to the internet anymore. When I pressed the button to clean the house in general (without sending it to a specific room since it couldn't connect to WiFi), it would go back to the same spot again and again without completing the whole house. I haven't used it for months and I regret the money I spent!
It broke after 14 months of careful use! Burnt motherboard. The repair costs almost as much as the vacuum cleaner itself. We do not recommend buying it. It is better to pay a little more and choose a better device!

What everyone has said before is true and more. It cleans daily for 1.5 years in a house with a dog, and the difference is noticeable. In the summer on tiles and in the winter on carpets. The only thing that has changed so far is one brush due to wear over time. Maybe soon I will need the large brush too because it has started to leave tufts during cleaning. I haven't used it for mopping yet.
I have it for 1 year. Quite good for its price, especially if you have pets and need daily cleaning. The mopping is not anything special, but for a simple refreshment, it is good.
Owner of a Roborock s5 vacuum cleaner (purchased in 2019), I decided to gift my sister the XIAOMI MI ROBOT VACUUM MOP P model (SKV4110GL, purchased in February 2021). The vacuum worked without any issues for about a year. However, after a year, problems started to arise. Initially, it wouldn't sync with the mobile app, and when it finally did, it would start cleaning but couldn't find its way back to the dock. Then, it would start cleaning and stop at a certain point in the house after a few minutes. Towards the end of its life, it wouldn't even leave the dock. In the app, it showed as fully charged.
The store where I purchased it offered a two-year warranty. Thankfully, the staff was professional and understanding. They covered it under warranty and repaired it, but unfortunately, the problem reoccurred very soon. In the end, they refunded me.
Of course, because I am a fan of Xiaomi and particularly their robot vacuum cleaners (since you can order cheap spare parts), I ordered the same vacuum cleaner but a different model (BHR5055EU) to replace the gift.
I believe it won't have any issues. In case a problem arises here as well, I will come back with a new review. I hope that doesn't happen.
