Plug and play. It is only managed if you have the central ubiquiti hub, but it is not necessary to use it as a switch. The practical thing about it is that it can be powered through PoE, so it does not need an extra power supply and cables.
Operating at home in combination with Unifi Access Points. One management LAN and 3 VLANs (users, kids, and IoT). Few ports are sufficient for me at the moment, I mainly got it to learn and test VLANs. It does not support SNMP and link aggregation, but I didn't expect it at this price. My experience with the access points and the Ubiquiti ecosystem helped me with the setup. Recommended for learning and in cases where many ports are not needed.
