I give 4 stars just for the not excellent quality in the bass. I have been using them daily for 4 years and I can say that I am completely satisfied. Maybe I would have liked a slightly better bass, but they have more than earned their money. They are of good quality and have not given me any issues with the sound.
In no way are they worth the 75€ they cost at the moment.
Negatives:
-I find it unacceptable that it does not have a type c charging port in 2024.
-The volume. Although satisfactory, it is not very powerful. Meaning if you want to hear well, you have to be 3-4 clicks below maximum. If you want to hear loudly, it's not enough.
Positives:
-The endless hours you can use it without the battery running out.
-The shape of the headphones and the earbuds cover the ears very well, making them very comfortable and providing a natural noise cancelling effect.
-The plug allows you to still use your headphones even if the battery runs out.
Neutral:
-What some say about the bass, I did not find any difference compared to the jbl 570bt. So much so without "the absence of it" bothering me as they say in other reviews.
-For the 3.5" to 2.5" plug, it's not a big deal. With 1.5€ you can buy an adapter and use any 3.5" to 3.5" cable you want.
Overall, compared to the 570bt, it's half a step up.
The sound is more than enough, but as a bass fan, it is not very deep... The build quality speaks for itself in the photo. I have had them since the summer of '21, with almost daily use but very careful after almost 1.5 years in this condition. The plastic/leather started peeling off in June '22. Initially, I was very satisfied with the battery life, getting at least a day of music at maximum volume. The cable broke somewhere in the spring, and I bought a third-party one for 3 euros, 2 meters long, and the problem was solved. I would never buy them again unless I found them for under 50 euros. I am greatly disappointed by Jbl, as I was used to their quality... Three stars are too many. At a similar price, I would recommend some Marshall or Sony headphones. That's all from me, good luck.

I have had these specific headphones for over a year. I bought them after using JBL tune 500 for 2 years, which broke and did not connect to Bluetooth at all. I bought them for 50€, so I don't believe I wasted my money for no reason, especially since they now cost 80€. On one hand, I have to say that they have a very powerful and clear sound, but on the other hand, they have many negatives. Firstly, the main issue they have is that their bass is very low, almost non-existent, even though the driver is much larger compared to other headphones. Another negative is the fact that they have no noise isolation from the headphones themselves, so you can hear what others are listening to, and very loudly at that (although some may consider this a positive). Another negative is that the cable they have is not a 3.5mm jack on both sides, so in case it breaks (although it is of relatively good quality), it is not easily replaceable with another one, as it is difficult to find such a cable in the market. Finally, another problem I have noticed is that their ear cushions, although they appear to be of good quality and are very soft, tear very easily, despite me taking good care of the headphones. In conclusion, although the headphones have very good sound quality, I would not recommend them because they have many issues, especially considering they are very expensive for what they offer. It is better to buy other JBL headphones instead.
Apart from the good sound cancellation and somewhat decent sound quality, these headphones are bad and not worth their money in any case. After 6 months of use, the aux cable broke and didn't make contact with the earphone, resulting in no sound. You can't find another aux cable that fits because it has a 3.5mm jack on one end for the phone and a 2.5mm jack on the other end for the headphones. I tried charging it in case the Bluetooth would work, but it doesn't charge. Very bad headphones, I do not recommend them in any case
The build quality is amazing! Sturdy and flexible plastic, and the cushions are very soft and stitched in all corners, which is important because they are less likely to burst compared to those stitched only on the outside and inside of the cushion.
They are very comfortable for a regular adult head. If you have a large head, it's better to try them first.
Their downside is the sound quality. My previous headphones were Sony MDR330BT with truly incredible sound! Strong bass, clear voices for movies, podcasts, etc., and overall clear sound with depth. In these headphones, apart from the fact that there is no bass (to be precise, there is when you increase the volume a lot, but in that case, you lose all the sound), the overall sound is equivalent to decent cheap headphones that you get from well-known toy stores, and not from a major electronics production company. Okay, it's not that tragic, but definitely not what I expected.
The main reason I chose them was to have the option of using a cable because the reason I didn't buy the same Sony headphones again is that I'm expecting a new lockdown after the holidays and I want to connect two sets of headphones to the computer for my child's online education, and I can't connect both Bluetooth headphones and the plug at the same time. Anyway, I generally use them a lot, but I don't need extremely high performance. For music, I will use the Sony ones, and these for movies.
They lose 1 star for the sound quality. Because in terms of construction, especially in terms of comfort (I have them on my ears for 2 hours now), they are superb!
Overall, they produce clear sound, especially when reproducing Dolby Atmos content and lossless files. The only major disappointment is the nonexistent bass.
I bought them at 39.9. I returned them because I thought the bass was damaged. They never informed me about the damage and I got a refund. I do not recommend them at 70 euros, as they have no noticeable bass and are not comfortable to use (3+ hours).
The socket plug is not easily found if it gets damaged because the edges are different. On one side, it is the older one that was accessible from mobile phones of the 2008-2009 era. It also still accepts the old charging plug, which can be easily destroyed. The construction is fake by 22%, as the rest of the construction is worth it, but most of the weight falls on the bases. In case the plug or charging socket gets damaged, it becomes useless based on requirements and the lifespan of the construction. So, anyone who is considering buying this construction or any other similar one should check it first
They are very good headphones and I highly recommend them for someone who uses them frequently! They have good bass, excellent sound isolation, and a very good battery life. The only thing I would like is a slightly louder volume, but overall they do their job well!
I have no experience with other over-ear headphones, so I cannot compare their sound effectively. I wanted wireless ones with better sound than earbuds. Indeed, the sound is incomparable. If earbuds are at a 2, these are at a 7. The bass, although powerful, distorts a little compared to regular speakers+subwoofer (or at least that's what I think). Good construction for now. They pair with 2 devices simultaneously quite well (I play music from my phone and take calls with my laptop). The battery seems good, I have had them for a week now and I haven't charged them yet and they are still at half.
I bought these headphones 7 months ago and I am quite satisfied, I have to say.
Positives:
- Battery life. They take about 2 hours to charge and then last for 27 hours. They last me for a week, using them for 2-3 hours a day.
- They have a long range. I did a test. I played music on my phone in the bedroom and walked away to the living room (10-15 meters away). The sound quality was perfect (except for some occasional interruptions, which was expected).
- The microphone quality. In the same test, I checked the microphone quality during a call from a distance. The person I was talking to could hear me relatively well. At closer distances, the microphone has excellent quality.
- They can be used wired as well. That means if the battery is dead, we can use the cable, which is quite convenient (1 meter long).
- Control buttons. There are 3 buttons on the right headphone, 2 for volume control and 1 for pause/play of videos, music, etc.
- Device quality. The material they are made of is very good, my headphones have fallen many times, and they haven't gotten a single scratch. The ear cushions are also very comfortable, even when I use them continuously for up to 5 hours, they don't tire me at all.
Negatives:
- The bass is not the best. The bass quality of the JBL Tune 500BT is better.
- The sound isolation is moderate. There have been times when I was listening to music and someone came to talk to me, and I could hear them without lowering the volume.
- The headphones' microphone doesn't work when they are used wired. This means that when I talk on the phone, it uses the phone's microphone. There is no problem on the phone, but on the PC or PS4, which don't have a microphone, it's a little issue.
I bought these headphones for around €45. Now, at the price of €70, I don't know if they are worth it. But if you want a quality device that will last for a long time, I recommend it.
After three+ models of JBL (and not only from this company) that have passed through my ears, either over-ear or in-ear type, I consider this particular pair of headphones to be expensive for what they offer. The purchase was made for 69 euros through skroutz.
The impression they made on me (I have had them for 2 months) is as follows:

In short, at this cost, I believe they are not value for money. Also, a negative aspect that I can identify, which is a general issue with JBL and not specific to these headphones, is the jack for the use of the 3.5mm cable. I'm referring to the fact that the cable does not consist of two 3.5mm plugs, but rather one 3.5mm and a smaller special plug, which means you cannot use another cable of possibly better construction quality that has 3.5mm plugs on both ends. However, this is a minor drawback because the cable included in the box is both high-quality and of satisfactory length.
