It does what it promises, but it doesn't have a smooth feeling at all and you feel like it's ready to fall apart. It's not user-friendly at all and overall, the whole experience of using it doesn't leave you with the best workout feeling. Overall, it's okay...

I mention that you can start with 1 or 2 springs and gradually add springs as you get stronger. It trains and strengthens your muscles with its small springs. It engages your entire core.

For the 10€ it costs, it's worth its money...good springs...decent plastic...I don't know if the springs will overflow...if it happens soon, I will come back.
