The heather honey is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Achaia, originating from an exceptional plant with many beneficial properties for health. Its taste is distinctive with a full body and aromatic notes of caramel.

Nutritional value: It has a high biological and nutritional value, mainly due to its minerals, proteins, amino acids, enzymes, and B vitamins. Heather honey has a high protein content (2%) compared to other honey varieties, as well as antiseptic and diuretic properties. It contains a large amount of phenols and antioxidants, which help eliminate free radicals and improve overall health.

Color: Light creamy.

Crystallization: Due to its high glucose content, it crystallizes quickly (1-3 months).
