My personal experience is excellent! My neck stopped hurting in the mornings due to other, perhaps bad, pillows. It adjusts very nicely to the head. I usually sleep on my side, but also on my back and stomach, the feeling is nice for me. I would describe it as medium firm and borderline large. The pillowcases fit, they are just a bit tight. Overall, my sleep has improved!

Very hard and very big (it doesn't fit in pillowcases). I wanted to return it but I was informed that changes cannot be made to pillows for hygiene reasons. Now I have gotten used to it and the only thing that bothers me is its size.

Ideal for side sleeping. The foam ensures that the head is in its natural position, at the height of the resting shoulder.
For sleeping on your back, it needs a trick, a couple of times I didn't wake up as well as the times I slept on my side.
Maybe you need to raise it higher, I don't know.
Anyway, I highly recommend it, it returns to its position nicely and doesn't sink too easily like other pillows of its kind.
