    It works out of the box with Home Assistant and ZHA without any problems. It doesn't require a hub or anything like that. Only the Zigbee coordinator that you already have in your network if you already have other Zigbee devices. If not, I would recommend the Skyconnect, which also supports Matter via Thread in addition to Zigbee for future proofing.

    I activated it with the Aqara app. A hub is also required to connect, I had a Xiaomi GH2 camera hub. Very easy and fast connection. As soon as it connected, it was automatically recognized by the Apple Home app. It was also the main reason I bought it, as I wanted to try out the Apple ecosystem. It works perfectly and instantly. It has 3 functions. Single press, double press, and long press for three seconds. You can choose what you want it to do in each case. Turn off lights, turn on lights, ring the doorbell, activate any function you have in Apple HomeKit. I bought a second one as well, considering the price of €11 to be very good. If there is anything I don't like in the future, I will write again.
