This book was written to meet the educational needs of the student, the trainee, the instructor, and the educator of Hairdressing Art. It was created to assist each of us, not only during studies or teaching engagement with the subject of Hairdressing Art but also for later reference at any time. In writing this book, an effort was made to present indicative but certainly not restrictive answers in the simplest and most understandable way possible for everyone's benefit. The indicative answers correspond to the modern practical applications of the specialty and the profession in general. The encouragement for writing this book from colleagues and trainees, future professionals of Hairdressing Art, was significant.
