1) Expensive. 2) The power supply is of poor-cheap quality and makes an annoying noise. This happens both in the larger model I bought and in the table lamp. 3) The light it emits is not very bright. Compared to a lamp with the same wattage and lumens, it emitted less light. 4) The LEDs are on the inner side, so it casts a shadow on the walls. Overall, it is overpriced, looks nice, but it's thin. They should have made it a bit thicker like all similar symmetrical lights. I bought 3 in different sizes, all with the noise... I returned them without hesitation!!!! Now when I see Aca, I pass by!!!

* For those wondering, they have a 2-year warranty, because many websites don't mention it.
