The product, basically both frames are defective, very cheap materials, the first one broke the plastic that held the clip as soon as I opened it, and the second one popped out by itself and wouldn't fit... the plastic part that holds the diploma had plastic that wasn't cut well so it would be flat and it ruined two diplomas for me...
