Provides automatic coffee brewing with 4 selection buttons for: 1 cup, 2 cups, hot water, and steam function, 2 coffee filters: for single and double, and steam nozzle for frothing milk. It features a removable 1.6L water tank, removable drip tray, and stainless steel heated surface for cup warming.
Each function has its own button: You can serve one cup or two simultaneously, fill your cup with hot water, or select the steam function.
Convenient & easy refilling: The 1.6l tank detaches from the body of the coffee machine, making it easy to fill & clean periodically.
Practical emptying: The drip tray can be removed from the body, allowing you to easily dispose of any remaining liquid content.
Prepares before serving: It features a stainless steel heated surface that accommodates your cups before extraction. This way, they are preheated to maintain the coffee's temperature until the end.

It is the second time that it breaks down within 2 years. The first time, after two months, it wouldn't turn on, but it was still under warranty, and now it can't heat the water.
The buttons for single espresso in an espresso cup and double espresso in a mug are completely USELESS because in both cases the coffee overflows and spills outside the cup or mug. ALSO, if for example you want a tight espresso, that is, just a little below the middle of the cup, when it reaches the desired point you press the button to stop the extraction.... IT DOESN'T STOP. What it does is add at least one more point of coffee. The ristretto is gone. Overall, I made a mistake and bought Pyrex.
Purchased for 88 euros, including shipping.
Before this, I had the well-known popular machine that we have all seen here (the old version though, which was 15 bar, not 20). It broke after 4 years and I bought this one.
I am very satisfied, mainly because it makes much better espresso.
However, it has a couple of issues. One is the Pressurized basket with all that it entails (this can be fixed by switching to Non pressurized).
Cleaning, though, is the biggest problem. It is difficult to clean the shower head properly and it collects coffee in the inner corners, which requires patience and delicate fingers to clean.
Also, during heating, the "shower head" drips. Once it heats up, it stops.
Overall, though, the positives outweigh the negatives, e.g. large water tank, very good coffee with creamy foam, satisfactory milk frother, sturdy construction, ability for both manual and automatic extraction modes, although the pre-set time is long (possibly for lungo?). I use a double dose of coffee and a single dose of water to get it right or I work with the manual mode.
After using three espresso machines (2x Delonghi, Gruppe), I believe that this one is the best choice in terms of price up to 100 euros.
I have had the machine in my possession since 26/9/2020 for 84 euros, which was the best choice. With the pressurized basket, you can make decent coffee without incurring any additional expenses. If we want to take it a step further, we need a tamper, an unpressurized basket, and a gram-accurate scale. Now, if there is the possibility of purchasing a grinder, then the result is greatly upgraded. I have concluded that the ideal amount of coffee is 16 to 17 grams based on the basket I have purchased.
I have combined it with the Graef 850 grinder and it gives very good results for my taste. Clearly, we will not achieve the same taste result as a machine with a boiler and with the intensities and flavors. But we drink a decent cup of coffee.
Pros:
The machine has a thermoblock cm6821. The thermoblock is right above the shower, so if someone presses the handle, it heats up on its own. It is good to run some water before making coffee to preheat the cup.
Cons:
It is not possible to program the buttons for the duration. The double shot option lasts for 35 seconds, and I would like to be able to adjust it as I want.
It does not have a stable temperature during extraction. There are patents of the type "first turn on the steam nozzle for x seconds to raise the water temperature," etc.
The instruction manual does not provide clear instructions for descaling. It generally states that it should be done every x number of coffees and refers to the instructions on the cleaning product you will purchase.
Overall, I have made both exceptionally good coffees and coffees that went straight down the drain. In a ratio of 1:2 or 1:2.5, I have made coffees with a full body
If for any reason the milk frother or the block doesn't work, no problem!! From the supermarket espresso machine cleaner with instructions in Greek for 3 euros and the problem was solved!! That's it
I bought it two years ago.
It stopped drawing water and since it was still under warranty, the store replaced it immediately.
Unfortunately, the new one had the same problem from the beginning.
Luckily, the store was very helpful and gave me a DELONGHI and I was saved.
I have had the machine for 6 months. So far, I am very satisfied with the device. I consider it value for money. Being a complete beginner in the hobby and with a little practice, I managed to achieve good results in taste and appearance. I changed the basket to non-pressurized and I definitely recommend removing the metal additional tube from the nozzle. You will be surprised by the difference in the milk foam. With a little practice, you will be able to make cappuccino equal to that of cafes. It would also be good to make your extraction based on time rather than using the automatic doses, which are quite larger. And I definitely recommend using freshly ground coffee and not preground from supermarkets. It is worth investing a little time and money, which you will quickly recover, as it is a daily and beloved habit for many. I hope I helped.
Experience of 6 months. The basic "upgrade" to be able to talk about serious coffee is the change in the pods! The packaging comes with pressurized pods. After the change, therefore, and several tests, I found that the water does not reach the correct temperature for a proper result on the first try. You let it dispense a dose of plain water and on the next one, you add the coffee. It doesn't make exceptional coffee, something that is expected considering its price level. However, if you know how to use it, it will produce a decent result that won't disappoint you.
After almost 1 year of use, something less, it does not heat the water well for coffee and the coffee does not come out good!! Daily use was one coffee per day.....
After one year of owning this specific machine and using it for about six months with two cappuccinos per day, the machine started acting up and the steam doesn't work at all. It has a warranty, so I took it to get fixed, but they couldn't repair it. However, the machine has now completely stopped working. They gave me a paper to take it back to where I bought it for a replacement. Luckily, it has a retail warranty, otherwise, nothing could have been done if it was an invoice.
For the money, it's perfect!!!! I use it with coffee from Coffee Island, the foam it produces is creamy. It heats up quite quickly. As for the frothing, it takes some practice to learn since it's very different from professional machines. It requires attention because the attachment on the nozzle creates bubbles, so if it comes out it makes perfect froth. After 3-4 attempts, you can make marble-like froth. Also, before the frothing process, it's good to release a little steam because at the beginning it spits out a little water before producing clean steam.
The machine is very nice, I have had it for 1 month, perfect coffee, I don't regret it at all, the price is also great. I make frothy milk with another device, so I don't have an opinion on that!
I bought it on 21/06/2021. It makes a nice coffee with rich crema. However, after about 1 month of use, I noticed that when pressing the automatic buttons, the flow doesn't stop in time. So, I end up using the manual option. As soon as I open it, a lot of water starts running!!! I thought about getting it serviced. But I see that everyone has the same problem. What a shame!!!
I have it for a year. It goes without saying that it doesn't make coffee like a professional machine. In my first uses, the steam nozzle for the milk frother broke, without me making any misuse! The machine overheated, made a loud noise, and the nozzle didn't work. Since then, I haven't used it again. It is also difficult if you want to make more coffees in a short time. For a simple espresso to make at home, it's fine, but that's about it. I believe that if you want a good espresso, it is preferable to spend more money and get a better machine.
It makes good coffee and rich foam, although not creamy, but the disadvantage and at the same time the reason I bought it is the automatic water dosage that it is supposed to have.... not even close to the corresponding switches... you have to use the manual one.... incredible amount of water..... meaning that if you put a single dose of coffee and press the button with the automatic single dose, you will get a wonderful watered-down coffee!!!!
I have this specific machine for 10 months. The coffee it makes out of the box is satisfactory.
What will significantly improve it is to change the basket, which is pressurized (unfortunately, like in all espresso machines < 300€) with a non-pressurized one.
The size is 51mm.
By making this change, you won't be able to use supermarket coffee because it is coarsely ground and it will come out like water, but by buying properly ground coffee from a coffee shop, the difference in taste is significant.
Also, every month, definitely clean it with descaler or alternative vinegar.
Very good espresso machine, I have it for 6 months now with regular use of 2-3 coffees per day. It produces good crema and the quality of the plastics is quite good. For its price, it is value for money because it also has an automatic coffee dispenser, which some machines do not have
First of all, very high-quality materials for its category, with freshly ground coffee from a coffee shop. The automatic doses, as mentioned, are larger than they should be, resulting in weak coffee. Perhaps with a different bottomless portafilter and finer ground coffee, it would have a different result. In manual mode, the coffee is quite good considering the price. I made hot frothed milk with the metal tube piece on the steam nozzle, and without it, the result was better when I had it on the nozzle. It created fewer bubbles and the milk was shinier. Finally, I liked the sound notifications for the automatic doses and when pressing the buttons.
We bought this machine 4 months ago and I am completely satisfied with it, it's worth the money. The coffee is very good, rich and creamy. The only thing that concerns me is that it doesn't have specific instructions on how to clean the group, and I also see some drops running when it starts to heat up without me pressing anything. The nozzle, the one time I tried to use it, didn't work, but it's not that important to me because we drink cold coffees!
I have had it for 7 months with limited use (5-6 coffees per week). It makes very good coffee and a very good crema. It is a bit noisy during operation (of course, I don't know how much noise other machines make to compare). Quality construction, easy to use. However, I have the impression that lately when I turn it on, it releases a few drops of water on its own without pressing any button. Overall, it is worth its money and more. A very good choice.
6/6/2024 After 4 years of moderate use, the machine gave up... The technician told me that the heating element and the circuit board burned out and that the replacement part will cost about 80 euros, and it is not worth fixing it.
For 90 euros that I bought it, it's okay.
124 initially is not even worth it!
It is the third machine, the previous two were Izzy, and much better. I suggest not to look if it makes noise or if it has automatic coffee dosage, if it is a beautiful espresso machine, but only if it makes good foam and extends good coffee. I have had it for 2 days, it may need some adjustment and then it will produce good foam, I will come back in 1 month.
I have had it for over a month and I can say that I am very satisfied. I have not tried the function with the nozzle because I do not drink cappuccino, but it makes very good espresso and freddo. Nice foam, heats up in about 1.5 minutes, does not make much noise. It is worth 100% of its money.
We bought the machine in November 2020 for all its possible features and its price. Everything is fine, the waiting time, the construction, etc. The only thing is that the automatic doses it produces are more watery than usual. Of course, if you like lungo, it's fine. Also, the foam we get is more like froth and not cream. I see that opinions differ. We have only tried coffee from supermarkets, the well-known brands, we will also try from a coffee shop to see if there is a difference. In terms of noise, yes, it's okay, it makes noise but it's normal and tolerable.
For the money, it makes good coffee in a coarse-ground espresso. It lacks a bit in frothing milk if you want a cappuccino. Easy to use, quickly makes coffee with cream, easy to clean
What sets it apart from the other machines under 100€ are the following:
1. It has a pressure of 20 bars, so it doesn't sound as loud and annoying as the others. That's why it always produces creamy, high-quality coffee!
2. It has automatic water dosage for single and double espresso, so it stops the flow on its own and not manually.
3. Apart from the manual function button and the power button, no other button works until the water heats up. The same applies to the steam function.
4. The steam wand does not work simultaneously with the flow in the group, so all the pressure is directed to one point only.
5. It has a separate button for manual water flow.
6. It has an indicator that informs you when the removable water collection container is full, before it overflows.
High-quality materials, easy cleaning, removable water collection base without any mess.
The only negative is that the steam wand works like the cheaper machines, it produces slightly frothy milk instead of creamy
Finally, I received the coffee machine this afternoon, on 15-12-2020.
I am reevaluating the machine after 1 month of use, making 5 to 8 espressos daily.
1. It is not as quiet as expected.
2. The construction materials seem to be of good quality considering its price.
3. Cleaning is moderately difficult.
4. A major advantage is the automatic production with a single or double dose button.
5. It has low power consumption.
6. The assembly of the machine parts is not perfect, which affects its quality (compared to a previous Delonghi machine, for example).
7. THE MOST IMPORTANT: The foam produced resembles more of a froth than crema, which reduces the quality of the prepared coffee. It has been tested with 5 types of espresso. Overall, the espresso is not of high quality and resembles more of a frappe, as shown in the photo.
I have this specific machine since 20/12/21 for use at home. Very good espresso and frothed milk if you have the right milk. It becomes special, even better than the previous machine I had, the Arielli, which was one click higher in quality. For espresso, it is the same and better than cafés. Of course, it also depends on the quality of the coffee you buy. VERY GOOD
