  I use it through Home Assistant and Zigbee2Mqtt (I don't use Sonoff's cloud application) to control the lights in a room, and it works perfectly. I notice a delay of about 2-3 seconds when I use the physical switch in the room to turn on the light, which doesn't happen when the command comes from Home Assistant where the physical switch is on (power is flowing) but the Sonoff is "off".

  Fantastic zigbee relay.
  I work them with a Samsung SmartThings hub, they are perfect and economical.
  Once DEI worried me, as during a power outage the power came on instantly 6 times (not continuously, but with long time intervals in between) which caused them to reset ..... and everything disconnected, but with a search for new devices on the hub everything came back in place ..... in the next power outage if I see the power coming on instantly again, I will shut down the main until it comes back permanently.
