I bought the gray one 3 years ago along with the phone, the application is very good, you can answer calls without opening it. When it falls, it depends on whether it falls with the case closed or open... And the most important thing, for about six months now, the plastic has gradually "opened" at the edge, just like in the photos. In general, though, the previous similar one I had, the original for Samsung Galaxy 6+, after 2.5-3 years it wore out and I had fortunately replaced it much cheaper with the same one. Now I see that the price of the s20+ remains almost the same.

I got this case for the S20+. It is a beautiful and elegant case that doesn't add extra bulk to the phone. It is well-made, has a nice feel in the hand, and doesn't take away from the design of the phone, especially on the back where it almost doesn't look like it's wearing a case.
The back, being fabric-like, provides grip so it doesn't slip from your hand. The window it has is very convenient for checking the time and notifications. Also, when you receive a call, you can answer by tapping the icon on the window without needing to open the flap. The same goes for when you're listening to music, you can pause, skip, etc. from the window. Additionally, when you open or close the flap, the phone instantly detects it and accordingly turns on/off the screen. When the flap is open and you fold it back, the window is above the cameras so theoretically you can take a photo, but it's not recommended because they come out a bit blurry due to the plastic window and slightly tinted. One positive thing about the flap is that when it's open, it can be used as a handle to hold the phone with your other hand or if you turn it back, you can put the flap between your fingers and not worry about it falling.
Now I will move on to the negative aspect of the case, which is also the reason why I gave it 3 stars. The only protection it provides is against scratches and it provides almost NO protection against drops. It is made of a thin hard plastic, about 1-2 millimeters thick, which doesn't absorb impacts like a silicone case. Honestly, if it falls on tiles/concrete, etc. I believe there is a chance that the screen or back will break. When the flap is open, the surface of the screen is exactly at the same height as the edges of the case, which means that if it falls with the screen, you will regret it. And don't think that if it falls with the flap closed you will be covered. During the fall, the flap opens and again the screen is exposed. It should have had a magnet to stay closed. Seriously, I tried it on a bed and 9 out of 10 times the flap opens during the fall.
And one last thing that is not necessarily bad but I will mention it, the case is very difficult to remove. Sometimes my phone almost flew away from the force needed to remove it, so if you get it, be careful when taking it off. The easiest way I found is to first pull from where the buttons are and it has the notch, and when it comes out from there, pull the upper left side and it comes off more easily.
So, although it is a beautiful case, I believe it does not serve its main purpose, which is to protect the phone from drops.
