    I bought it because it had good reviews but I was completely disappointed. The bottom part that does the massage is very tight and it's called 4D, but it hurts a lot, impossible to use, you can't even call it a massage. Maybe if you have a very thin neck like a giraffe's it might give a good massage without hurting. Also, unlike others, it is specifically for the neck, so don't buy it if you think it will give you a massage on your back or any other part of the body.
