Shaker for coffee with a sieve and a capacity of 350ml. It is one of the most important accessories for both beginner and professional baristas, as in addition to shaking espresso with ice, it has a sieve to hold the extra foam when filling the glass.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
I have nothing to add, it seems to be good quality and its capacity matches the description.
I will give 1 star only because the position of the perforated sheet is not where it appears in the photo (where it should be) but 1.5 centimeters deeper, resulting in it not being perfectly functional.
I will agree with a friend below. Guys, be very careful because it is a razor. Don't put your hand with a sponge inside because it will hurt you. With a grinding wheel where it cuts, it comes back to normal. Other than that, okay, it's a shaker that's half a drop. 350ml. Barely a freddo.
Good quality. Difficult to hit for 2 freddo.
Great care with the internal perforated blade, it is unguarded and cuts with the slightest touch. It is certain that while washing with a sponge you will slice a finger. I got 2 (home-office) and the blade is equally sharp.
Very useful and after the hit, the coffee only lets the very fine foam pass through, giving the ideal result.
I've had it for almost three weeks, using it daily one or two times, without any problems. It fits easily in the machine below and in the shaker for mixing. Cleaning right after making coffee is just fine. No rust or anything (at least for now)
For coffee, the size is just right because it fits comfortably in both the coffee maker and the mixer. I use it every day for coffee, I clean it after each use, and there is no issue with rust that I see in other reviews, nor anything else. Also, both the material and the welds on the filter are of good quality.
It does the job just fine, if it was a bit higher, it would be perfect. As for the material, there hasn't been any issue
For a double espresso quantity from a home machine, it is perfect. Once I tried to put 4 doses in, of course it overflowed when I put it in the shaker for mixing.
I recommend someone with larger capacity for anyone who wants to make freddo.
Update: poor construction
It is what it seems, and it seems to be well made but on the second day (!!) of use, it started rusting on the inside and on the third day rust appeared on the outside. Money wasted.
It has some superficial marks, which do not affect anything though.
It is fine for everyday household use and for up to 1 coffee at a time.
For the money, it has very good construction and quality. Over time, I don't know if it will rust or fade, as there are already stains from coffee residue on the bottom that don't come off even with scrubbing.
Very good "professional type" construction for home use.
The plus is the height as it can be placed under the machine
I serve in the Hellenic Navy and on the frigate AEGEON where it has become indispensable, until we return and take the rest of the supplies.
Now I received it. It looks good, it is thick stainless steel, but on the outside it has some marks that look like glue, I rubbed it and it left marks and didn't come off with a sponge! Now we will see how long it will last in use, we will talk about it again if something goes wrong!
It could be a little deeper so that it doesn't splash in a professional mixer.
Good stainless material.
Very convenient shaker, even for double dose. The only downside is that after a lot of use, the bottom cracked and leaked. It may have been a defective product.
Purchased for home espresso preparation. The usage so far is not professional, about one coffee per day. The quality in relation to the price and for the usage I bought it for, I would say is good.
Awesome product. The tools make the craftsman. In espresso, the foam becomes cream. I highly recommend it. Bravo.
Guys, the shaker is perfect for home use! You don't need to press the sieve too hard during washing because it's logical for it to break, with two twists it's stuck. Every morning I make my smoothie... It's a value for money purchase, I recommend it!!
It is small and comfortable for home use. It does not have the depth needed to make two coffees at once. It doesn't matter in my opinion because for personal use it is okay and it is quite close to professional ones, which I know because I have worked in a coffee shop.
Solves the problem of placing directly on the machine.
Flawless mesh, no foam passes through.
Its capacity allows only one dose of coffee per hit.
The only thing that bothers me a little is that it is such a small shaker, that sometimes when I hit the coffee, it splashes coffee around, but I wouldn't change it anyway.
Very good and convenient for making coffee the way you like it, with or without foam
The sieve is very good, it holds all the foam but it is quite short, resulting in overflow when I put it in the shaker with a little more quantity, and it heats up very quickly, so after a while you can't hold it. It is more convenient for machines with capsules that do not make the coffee so hot; otherwise, you have to use a single dose or shake it in another container
Very good for its price! Size is perfect for me to make two double espressos with ice cubes!
