  I also made a mistake and it appeared to me as a set with the bed and wardrobe that I bought online and I rushed to order it without looking for comments, what a shame. Its instructions/manual are as if a 15-year-old child with minimal knowledge made it. There is nothing written on this small booklet about which parts or screws, etc. I should have found. I had to search online for a manual for another dresser in a different color that was updated, but still, it was disappointing. It takes so long to figure out for a product that, in the end, when you see the quality of the wood, you realize that you shouldn't have bought it in the first place or paid more and gotten a better one, whose company designing it, the mechanical engineers, are not competent from the province

The product arrived broken the first time and after they replaced it, the second one had scratches and damaged edges. I should clarify that it's not the store's fault, which served me quickly and politely. The company Woodwell, which manufactures the product, should have better packaging for the product and better assembly instructions (the paper was a faintly printed note with 5-6 steps, almost half of them faded). I have received packages with soft products wrapped in bubbles, and this one, with such delicate wood, was inside a torn box, with the pieces of wood shaking inside the box... and of course, no protection. A product is not cheap because they don't take care of it, it's because its quality is of lower value... I regretted struggling to assemble the chest of drawers without proper instructions and of course, minimal preparation from the company (I had to measure to screw the mechanism for the drawers, the screws were all loose in a bag, only the large screws that connect the large pieces of wood were marked where they should go).

  If this person didn't have so much experience, we would definitely throw it away!

  There are no designs inside! It has a simple A4 paper with some rudimentary designs that don't help!

  You need to include better designs inside and make engravings on the melamine so that the assembler knows where to go!

  It's a shame to present a piece of furniture like this!

  The Craftsman fixed it, spent two days, screwed and unscrewed it a couple of times, and the result is that the bottom drawers remain open by 4-5 centimeters!

  Please be more careful!!!!

  The drawers still don't close.
  It holds very few things inside, while it appears different from the outside.
  Its "wood," and supposedly real wood, is compressed cardboard that is NOT WATERPROOF.
  I have the coffee maker on top and I have placed a thick plastic on it because it will rot if water spills.
  A big failure.
  It was a perfect fit for me, and I got tangled up.
