Very good quality. Stainless steel and the filter is very good. It saves a lot of money and very much plastic waste. The taste of the water is very good. Our water usually tastes a little bit like chlorine. With this filter, it no longer has any aftertaste. We now prefer drinking our tap water to the water in plastic bottles. Easy to install if you have manual skills and tools. Otherwise, call a plumber.

Simply perfect and much better than the filters on the faucet that I used! Water that even bottled water can't compare to...
For some reason, you don't get bloated no matter how much you drink!
    Easy installation and nice faucet.
Sturdy and heavy stainless steel construction of the filter device, which cerametix filter is perhaps one of the best filters on the market by AquaCera.
Finally, water... let's not even mention how refreshing the water is!!!

Just a few days ago, I bought and installed this specific filter. Although it comes with free installation by a plumber from the company that sells it, I preferred to do it myself, as I have had terrible experiences with plumbers, and also to install it exactly how and where I wanted. For someone who knows and has the necessary equipment, it can be done; the rest should not attempt it, because many things seem easy, but they are not. For example, I wanted to install the faucet on the stainless steel sink (see photos) because it was convenient for me, but the drill from the underside left thick burrs, even though I made the holes in steps of two millimeters. Therefore, a multi-turn rounded conical wheel was needed to clean the burrs, because it was not possible to use a milling cutter with a thick drill due to the thin thickness of the sink. The reason I preferred a filter of this construction is that it is made of stainless steel, which in practice means it will not break for many years, perhaps even forever. Also, in my personal opinion, I consider it healthier compared to plastic, even if they are considered special. However, the most important thing is that it reduces the likelihood, compared to plastic, of a flooding accident occurring, with all that this entails. It is a heavy construction for a filter, practically eliminating the chance of it breaking, unless there is a material failure. I secured the filter in a corner under the counter, using an existing thick screw that holds the counter and added another quite thick one, so it can withstand the forces during screwing and unscrewing when the change is made every year. Theoretically, it does not require much force, because the cup holder rests on a soft rubber gasket, which is the only thing that may need to be replaced in the future if it hardens; this is something that will show over time. The tube that connects the filter to the faucet is also of good quality and very strong. It connects to the filter with metal fittings and clicks onto the faucet with a plastic quick connector; I would have preferred this last one to be a threaded fitting, but unfortunately, it is not. The faucet is also made of stainless steel and is practical, beautiful, and rotatable, delivering water with such a smooth flow that it appears motionless. With the setting at 3.5 atmospheres and the switches fully open, it fills two liters in one minute. The only negative, which, however, does not relate to the construction and the filter but to the company that sells them, is that in practice there is no warranty; there are so many things you must and must not do that essentially the warranty is nullified, besides the fact that you must also become a subscriber to the company. Anyone with questions that I can answer, I would be happy to do so in the questions section. If I have anything else to add, I will return.

19 months after installing the filter, I still have not changed the filter. The reason is that the taste of the water remains very good, and because I check the chlorine every three months, which for me is the most dangerous, although unfortunately a necessary element in drinking water, until we drink it. I perform the check with a special chemical detector (tetramethyl-phenylene-diamine) and see that there is no reason to change it. However, I should note that the use of this specific filter is limited and consumption is only by one person; also, in the area where I have it, I do not cook.
I write all the above for information and to avoid misconceptions. In the photos I am posting, you can see how the color changes in the water, which is from the same tap, at the same time. In both glasses, I have the same amount of water and the same drops of chlorine detector.
