After daily use for 3 and a bit months, my tests did not show significant differences. Both hematocrit and hemoglobin increased slightly. The advantages include the pleasant taste, ease of use, and the absence of side effects.

Excellent, I have been using it for about 3 weeks now and I consistently have much more energy than before, without having changed anything else in my diet or daily routine. In general, I have been advised many times to take iron for the fatigue I had (excessive for my age), but I could never take conventional iron supplements because they caused me different symptoms (bloating, stomach pain, etc.) and even when I took them for a long time, they didn't seem to improve the situation. Note: I haven't had a blood test yet to check it, but I truly believe that the increased energy is from this.

Pleasant and user-friendly, BUT:
1) I experienced constipation! + black stools sometimes. Strange, as the product is absorbed by the oral mucosa... (you might say, we swallow it afterwards, so it's a bit contradictory).
2) I didn't see a difference in iron levels, but my hematocrit increased and ferritin decreased, I have no idea what happened here (but it's good that hematocrit increased).

Unfortunately, as much as I like it in terms of taste/convenience, due to the constipation, I stop using it every 4-5 days until I return to normal, and then I continue again... so I may not repurchase it, because I only take it a few days a month. There are other iron supplements that don't cause constipation and have higher mg.

I had bought this company's B12 and it was the best I have ever taken. Not even with injections such a result. When I have exams, I will come back with this.

After 2 bottles, my tests showed lower levels. It was like I didn't take anything. Unfortunately, it didn't do anything for me.
