Recommended Dosage

  • As a dietary supplement, take three tablets twice a day with food and water for the first 60 days.
  • Continue with three tablets once or twice a day with food and water thereafter.

    This is the bottle with 360 mini tablets. They are quite small and round, the instructions say 3 tablets twice a day, so 6 in total. I will come back if and when I see results.
