From their price alone, one cannot expect miracles. With moderate use, they tear easily, especially at the seams. If someone chooses them, they should be prepared to replace them soon. Otherwise, the sizes correspond to reality and fit well on the hands.

I had higher expectations and wanted to buy them in large quantities to give to my patients who do exercises with bands and complain that the bands "cut" their hands. Within a few uses, they wear out and break. The materials do not have a nice feel.
