4 stars for the...fake case that doesn't protect it at all and I would prefer if there was an on-off switch to close it, because the start-stop is easy to accidentally press, especially when you put it in or take it out of the case.

Satisfactory accuracy for household use. Professional ones have a different design and sturdiness. Accuracy, of course, depends mainly on other factors such as the operator's experience and measurement conditions. It is quite user-friendly. The big question, as with all household blood pressure monitors, is how long it remains within the limits of the expected accuracy without needing calibration.

Finally, the cuff is NOT large enough for larger individuals. If you are a man who is not slim enough, ask to try it before purchasing.

Easy to use, durable, reliable, with a 5-year warranty on the mechanism.
I choose this one because it has a larger cuff compared to the smaller models.
Except for the M6 and M7, which also detect arrhythmia, this one does everything the larger ones do, that is, everything.
To the company's credit, they haven't changed the type of transformer for the plug, so an old one that I had bought for the old M6 comfort OMRON in 2009 also worked on this device. In my opinion, this says a lot about the company's level.
Attention: The blood pressure monitor will not work well with rechargeable batteries. This happens because rechargeable batteries provide a voltage of 1.2 volts x 4 = 4.8 volts maximum. However, this is the minimum operating limit of the blood pressure monitor. As soon as they discharge a little, it will stop working because it has a minimum operating voltage of 4.8 volts. Regular alkaline batteries provide 1.5 volts x 4 = 6 volts, and until they discharge to 4.8 volts, they will have worked hundreds of times. Therefore, use it with regular alkaline batteries and don't be surprised that it will only work for a few measurements with rechargeable ones.

Good wristband, not suitable for very slim individuals, as it is medium to small in size with durability over time, close to 3 months with daily use (at least 40 measurements on average per day). Very good blood pressure monitor, with a large cuff for fuller arms and so easy to use that even my mother, who is not good with machines, learned it immediately. I bought a second one for us.

It's not worth the trouble to get a more expensive one...

Just as an informative note (and this applies to all blood pressure monitors), in order to measure the pressure correctly, we should first sit calmly for 10 minutes and not talk while measuring... otherwise, we will all end up with a pressure of 22.. :P
