This base is nothing more than a piece of metal with 4 holes. When you screw it to the ceiling, it is almost impossible to screw it after the projector and vice versa. It does not provide any tilt capability or overall ease of installation. It also had compatibility issues with my projector's mount, but that is the least of it. It is better to hang it with a piece of wood. It will offer you greater convenience.

Cheap poor construction. Poorly packaged parts that are difficult to assemble. Rotation is possible but also difficult. It is better to choose a better product. It is not worth the money.
