Unfortunately, it arrived with a crack on the top part, but without any functional problem or exposure of any internal parts, while the store gave me a discount for it. Average cable length, and very fast in toasting, while it also has a button to seal and close properly when you put the toast inside, so the plates don't just fall on each other.
