  I didn't have high expectations when I bought it, I expected it to be just a light/enjoyable read and maybe useful, but unfortunately I found that the book was below my expectations.   I read the book quite pleasantly and I believe that since there is no equivalent book in the Greek market, it might be a good starting point for young people to enter the world of flirting and self-improvement. However, I don't think the book will be particularly useful for people over 30 years old. It talks about basic principles of self-improvement and sociability, while the technique it proposes for creating/improving flirting skills is impossible to apply for age groups that have limited time due to obligations or live in small provinces.

  It deals with practical and theoretical issues surrounding flirting and personal self-improvement. At some points, it is difficult to read, but like all books with a psychological background, it is worth it. It helped me a lot when I read it and gave me basic knowledge, as well as inspired me to delve even further into this field. I recommend it to anyone who wants to engage in flirting (beginner to intermediate level).

  I worked at mos and I have to say that the book is for minors who have never been in a relationship and like their classmate... it's not worth the trouble for someone to invest in this book as with the same money they can find much better options from foreign authors who have at least studied the communication and self-improvement aspect and give serious advice to help you!!!   Perhaps one of the worst books on the subject of Pick Up.

  It is a mishmash of material from foreign sites and books from the 2000s, which they have put into bullet points and supposedly promote as making you a "valuable man."

  They give advice like "go out and blindly talk to women," "gain self-confidence," "learn to have a sense of humor," without practically providing any research or explanation of what you should do. It is a book that you finish in 2 hours and leaves you with questions rather than solutions, and with a feeling that you are not "enough." In many parts, it is unreadable as it seems that they possibly translated it from a foreign text into Greek.

  On Wikipedia or a simple forum about pick up/seduction, you will find better information with explanations and material, for free.

  If you want to become a valuable man, there are self-improvement books by approved and educated authors in the field that are excellent. Calling this book "Psychology" is wrong, as it is not written by a psychologist, nor does it have anything to do with the science of psychology.

  This particular book resembles a student project/PUA (Pick Up Artist) written in one night (like a brochure you would give away for free) rather than a book. For such a case, it might have some value. But the fact that it is promoted as a "book" and costs money, by these so-called "masters/gurus" who profit off unsuspecting men through well-paid marketing, makes me not recommend it to anyone.

  The book is a combination of dangerous "traditional" mindsets for old-fashioned men and copy-paste techniques of self-improvement and flirting from the Pickup community (PUA) that was trendy abroad (and deflated when there was an outcry about their sexist behavior).

  If someone wants to become a better person (not just a man), it's better to search in original material, such as books by psychologists. Moreover, the writing style shows that it is simplistically written as if speaking to 13-year-olds - which also reveals the authors' understanding of the subject.

  If he now wants to improve his relationships with women (which is what the Men of Style group invokes), then he can watch the countless free videos from Real Social Dynamics and many others (who at least know what they are talking about - with naturally outdated views on the two genders and their roles).
